Chapter 528 

Estelle wasn’t scared by the female ghost in the movie, but she was startled by Jonathan! 

The man cupped her face, kissing her with intense urgency. 

There were screams of terror coming from the movie. Estelle tried to take a look, but Jonathan quickly blocked her view and pressed her onto the couch, continuing to kiss her. 

Jonathan reached for the remote and turned off the TV, stopping the screams. 

The living room became completely dark, only lit by light coming in from the window. 

Jonathan carried Estelle to the master bedroom. 

Estelle hugged him, suddenly realizing something and laughing out loud, “Jonathan, are you scared?” 

He breathed heavily, “You’re not allowed to watch this kind of thing anymore!” 

“You’re actually scared?” 

Estelle found it hilarious as if she’d just heard the funniest joke. She laughed out loud, her shoulders shaking, and eventually leaned her head on his shoulder, still chuckling. 

The man frowned, looking a bit hurt, “Is it that funny?” 

Estelle bit her lip, trying not to laugh too loudly. She cupped his face, leaned in, and whispered, “No, it’s cute!” 

After saying that, without waiting for his reply, she kissed him. 

Jonathan was a little surprised, but a desire stirred within him. He held her waist tightly and closed the bedroom door. 

Amiee told Josiah to pick up the car at her place on Thanksgiving. Josiah didn’t go the next day and only called Amiee now, asking where she’d left the car. 

Amiee: “I’ll send you the location” 

Then she hung up the phone. 

Josiah held back his anger, changed his clothes, and went to the address Amiee sent him. 

It was almost evening when he left the house. Mrs. James asked, “Where are you going at this time? Are you going to make trouble again?” 

“Mom!” Josiah turned around helplessly. “When has your good boy ever made trouble?” 

Mrs. James snorted, “I didn’t care about you before, but now that you have a wife, you better behave!” 

Josiah widened his eyes, “When did I get a wife?” 

Mrs. James said, “Amiee, of course! She’s your girlfriend now, and she’ll be my daughter-in-law in the future. Any problem with 

that?” 

Josiah rolled his eyes and smirked at his mom, I’m going to see your daughter-in-law right now, are you happy?” 

“Are you going to see Amiee? Then hurry up, get going!” Mrs. James immediately waved. 

Was’t she stopping him just now? 

Amiee didn’t live at the Jordan’s house. She had bought a house in Serenity Springs when she was in college, and she had always -lived there alone. 

The driver took Josiah to Serenity Springs. Josiah got off and called Amiee, “I’m here. Bring the car key down.” 

Amiee said, “I don’t have time. Come upstairs and get it yourself.” 

Josiah sighed, he got out of the car, and walked to the building Amiee sent him. 

After going upstairs, before he could knock on the door, Amiee sent him the door code. 

Josiah snorted. She didn’t even have time to open the door?
