"Do you want to meet me?" Geoffrey sat across from him, looking serious.

"Yeah. My sis is your son Jonathan's girlfriend. They're tying the knot soon. Isn't it about time your family coughed up some dough?" Victor grinned.

Geoffrey was taken aback, his face turning sour, "What did you say?"

"You don't know about their marriage, do you?" Victor said disdainfully. He suggested that the Lamont family was deliberately confused.

Geoffrey questioned again, "You're saying Estelle is Jonathan's girlfriend?"

"Yeah, they've been an item for a while now!" Victor lounged back on the couch, legs crossed, "My sis mentioned that the Lamont family would gift me a company and a villa when she marries Jonathan. Plus, a car, a chauffeur, and a couple of secretaries. When are you going to make good on that promise?"

Geoffrey maintained a serious demeanor, his face unreadable, "Did Estelle tell you this?"

"Yep. My sister told me it herself. It's not bad!" Word for word!" Victor declared confidently.

Geoffrey said, "I'll know about this. You can go now."

"Hold on, when exactly am I getting that company and villa? If not a company, at least give me the secretaries for now!" Victor changed his flattering face again..

Geoffrey looked at him coldly, "I still need to discuss the wedding with Jonathan. We'll let you know once we've discussed it."

"You can't just brush me off like that, can you?" Victor's eyes darted around, "I'm visiting the Lamont family; you've got to give me something in return!"

Geoffrey took a deep breath, keeping his anger in check. He turned to a servant, "Go get two thousand dollars in cash from Fabian for Victor."

The servant admired her master's restraint, she couldn’t bear it anymore.

"Yes!"

Jonathan was in a meeting and didn't get home until an hour later.

Upon entering the study room, Geoffrey was sitting behind the desk and looked up at him, "Is the girlfriend you mentioned earlier Estelle?"

Jonathan was taken aback. He didn't know how Geoffrey found out. But he didn't hide it, nodding in response, "Yes."

Geoffrey spoke in a cold tone, "Your mother told me you can handle your own relationships. Yet, you chose a tutor as your girlfriend!"

Jonathan frowned, "Aside from being a tutor, Estelle is just an ordinary girl."

"Ordinary girl?" Geoffrey scoffed, "Can an ordinary girl squeeze so much money out of you?"
