Jonathan squinted and questioned, "What money?"

Geoffrey tossed the bill in front of him and said, "Check out how much you've shelled out to Estelle in just a year! Is this what a tutor should deserve?"

Jonathan didn't need to look at the bill. He knew how much he'd given to Estelle.

He answered, "Paying a good tutor this much isn't outrageous. And as for whether Estelle is just a tutor, I think Henson's transformation speaks for itself!"

"Don't give me that!" Geoffrey cut him off. "Today, Estelle's brother came to the house claiming you two are getting hitched. As a father, I was kept in the dark about my son's marriage?"

"Brother?" Jonathan scrunched his eyebrows.

"Yes, Estelle's brother. He even said that after you two are married, the Lamont family will give him a company and a mansion. Is this what you and Estelle discussed?"

Jonathan was more puzzled. Since when did Estelle have a brother?

He frowned, "Estelle doesn't have a younger brother. I'm afraid this person was a fake. He wanted to cheat money."

"He claimed that they were separated when they were five, and Estelle was adopted from an orphanage and got her current name. He also knew about you and Estelle. Are you sure he's a fake?" Geoffrey questioned.

Jonathan froze for a moment.

Seeing his reaction, Geoffrey frowned and said, "You didn't know either?"

He scoffed, "This is amusing! Looks like this was a scheme cooked up by Estelle and her 'brother'! So do you think Estelle is with you because she likes you, or your money?"

Jonathan's face was grim, "Estelle isn't that kind of girl!"

"That's because you've been blinded by her!" Geoffrey snapped. "No matter how much you like Estelle, you need to break up with her now! She definitely can't continue as Henson's tutor. I'll find someone else for Henson."

Jonathan looked up and said, "No, I won't break up with Estelle!"

Jonathan drove away quickly, sitting in the car with an indescribably heavy heart. That Victor could very well be Estelle's real brother. But he was certain Estelle wouldn't conspire with Victor for his money.

Victor and Estelle were separated since they were five. How much affection can there be between their siblings??

He hadn't even heard Estelle mention this brother!

But if Estelle didn't know, how did Victor know about their relationship?

Of course, their relationship was semi-public. It was possible that Victor had probed around Estelle's workplace.
