Tessa

Nostalgia hit me when I inhaled in the air of the house that I left four and a half years ago. I could smell the roses and the jasmines, the one I planted myself. The house was as I left it.
“Welcome home, Tess.” Logan wrapped his hand around my shoulder.
“I am at my home and the feelings is good.” I said wiping the moisture from my eyes.
“Daddy, is this our house? This is so big.” Lena stretched her arms.
“Yes, and you are the princess of this house.” Logan picked her in his arms and together we walked inside while Logan was behind us.
Her big blue eyes were looking around in astonishment. She wasn’t aware of her identity as a rich man’s daughter. I gave my kids a comfortable life but there wasn’t luxury like Wilferd’s.
The house staff hadn’t changed. They greeted us warmly.
“Daddy! Wow! This is very big and beautiful house. Will I also have my own room?” Lena squealed around the living room.
“We already have your room decorated, Lena. Come, I will show you.” Logan held her hand and took her to the room which he had designed over time with my help.
Lena’s old nursery was transformed into her new room and next to her was Lucas’ room.
“Are you coming?” Logan asked me but I shook my head.
“No, I think I’d let you and your daughter catch up and I am having jet lag.” I shook my head and sat down on the sofa.
Logan
took Lena to her room. My attention then turned to Lucas. He was quiet throughout the flight. I could see that he was sad to leave his school and friends behind.
It was crucial but a hard phase for him.
“Come here, sweetie.” I patted the space beside me.
He shifted closer to me and I pulled him into a warm hug.
“Lundeu

to settle everything in Vienna. I didn’t close my business but hired professionals company there in my absence but I’d be flying there once in a month to supervise.
i agan helped me to open a branch in our home city He made sure that I’d buy everything on reasonable prices instead of building a new workshop and office, he brought me a client who gave their building to me on lease
I knew my work was doubled now, I had to hire new designers, tailors and everything else and to get through all this complicated process, I decided to meet Adrian in the evening. I already texted him and he agreed to meet me
“Ma’am, your room is cleaned. If you want to rest, it’s ready to be used.” A maid informed me.
“Thank you. I’d love to take a shower first.” I smiled and made my way to the master bedrooms but instead of going to my old bedroom, I opened the door of Logan’s room.
His smell lingered in the air.
“Sull black and grey.” I shook my head because he had his room walls, curtains, carpet and bedsheets in the combination of grey,
Removing my jacket and shoes, I walked to the bathroom which had transparent walls now. Why did he redesign the bathroom walls.
Shaking my head, as I felt drained out after a long flight, I discarded rest of my clothes, pulled the curtains and sank my body into the bathtub since a shower wouldn’t help my sore muscles.
The lukewarm water helped me to get rid of the tiredness and I eventually closed my eyes.
“Mind if I join you.”
My eyes jolted open and widened when I saw Logan in his naked glory standing at the foot of the tub with a smirk.
“Hey! This is the invasion of my privacy.” I scolded him.
“You’re in my bathroom, my love so, revise your words who is really invading one’s privacy.” He replied and sank his body inside the bathtub on the opposite side.
“Lena is over the clouds after seeing her mermaid themed room and especially her bed in the shape of a pearl shell.” He said with sparkle in his eyes.
“Lena doesn’t seem to miss her old life much but I am worried about Lucas. He’s strangely off. I know him. It’s something else but I don’t want to pressure him. I hope he’ll be his old self soon or at least share his problems with us.” I shared my concern about Lucas.
He held my hands and rubbed my knuckles.
“We’ll always support him as his parents.” He said.
We soaked in silence but it was comforting, just two of us.
“Will you share this room with me?” He asked.
