“Are you confident that Lucas will keep the coin with him all the time?”

“Yes, I am sure because I have seen feelings for him in his eyes for me. He has a soft corner for me now. Finally, our plans can be put to motion.” Raelynn removed the cap and mask once she settled inside the awaiting car.

“Good, if you were careful enough not to get noticed then in less than a week’s time we’ll have what we waited for years.”

Raelynn craned her neck to face the person sitting beside her.

“I hate Tessa for snatching my love from me, I get it but what is your motive? You are her best friend. Aren’t you afraid how she’ll react when she finds out that her own friend had betrayed her, Mr. Mcnight?”

Adrian clenched his jaws.

“I love Tessa. I have loved for ever since I saw her for the first time but she never saw me more than just a friend. I thought with time, I will win her heart but she married that scumbag and still favouring him like a fool. I have done everything for her but she keep running back to him. He doesn’t deserve her.”

“Watch your words! You just can’t call him bad names. I love him. Let’s be good partners. We haven’t joined hands to infuriate each other. Just like you, I also love Logan but he chose that cow.” Raelynn sneered.

“I don’t know about Tessa but I don’t think Logan will ever come back to you. He knows that you were the one who tried to kidnap Lena and also that you schemed against Tessa all these times. Don’t raise your hopes high and take my advice. Win your son instead. He’s the heir of Wilferd’s wealth. You’ll live a rich mom’s life if you put your eggs in right basket.”

“I don’t need your advice. My life is already screwed. I have to struggle for four years. They took everything from me. Logan did it for love and now I will also do it for love.” She smirked.

“Do not even think of hurting Tessa. Let’s stay to our original plan. We’ll keep track of their movements if the tracker isn’t kept in a closed cupboard by your son. Next week is Lena’s birthday and I will definitely be invited. It’s our only chance.” He said.

“I know what I have to do. Keep your ears and eyes open as well. Tessa trusts you and shares everything with you. Did she tell you who leaked those photos. I hope she doesn’t suspect you.” Raelynn said.
