This is his biggest worry, that I will disappear and he won’t be able to find me. I didn’t realize how much this has been bothering him. It’s why he was so desperate to have me, to be inside me. He wanted to make sure I am still here and still his. I run my fingers through his hair, “No matter what happens, I’m yours, Austin. Besides, I’m very serious, I want a lot of pups and you are the only one who will give me pups.” I tell him.

He gives me an appreciative growl. “When all the problems are resolved, I’m going to fill you with pups, mate. You have no idea how much I want to see your belly swollen with my pup. I’ve been thinking about it since you challenged me in the dining hall.” He smirked.

I reach up to his lips and plant a gently and loving kiss, “Then let’s clean up and get these Alphas taken care of, so we can start growing our family. Making our family is half the fun.”

“Fuck, I love you, darling.” He kisses me passionately again, “Come, let’s shower.”

Right after we finished cleaning up and getting dressed, the howls of the warriors are heard, signaling an incoming. Renz mind links both Austin and me that Blue Moon is back and coming in via the Northern border.

Austin announces via the pack mind link, ‘If you are not a warrior get to the underground safe rooms NOW!’

He turns to me and I know he wants to tell me to go to the safe room. I shut him down immediately, “Roxie and I are completely recovered, we are going with you.”

“Rebel, I can’t lose you.” He says.

“You won’t. No matter what happens, you won’t.” I say wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him deeply. “Now let’s go and teach Blue Moon what happens when they don’t accept our mercy.”

“You stick by me Rebel. I know you are strong and capable, but I want my eyes on you.” He says, leaving no room for argument.

“Fine. Let’s go.”

As we make our way to the Northern border, we see Reid. He looks at me like in disbelief. “Rebel, you should be in a safe room.”

“Grandpa, I’m completely recovered and I’m not going to hide in a safe room. I’m the Luna of this pack, a fighter, and I’m staying right here and fighting beside my mate. Where is grandma?”

Reid looks at me and I can sense his pride. “She is in a safe room. She didn’t get much rest, watching over you in the hospital.”

I nodded and at that moment, we see the Blue Moon warriors coming towards up, being led by who I assume is Alpha Kaden. He sees my grandpa and smirks. “I see you found out that your long-lost granddaughter lives.”

“My granddaughter is the Luna and mate of the Alpha of Blackstone. You have no business here Alpha Kaden.

Austin then steps forward snarling, “You should leave while Blackstone and Rising Moon are still showing mercy, Alpha Kaden.”

Alpha Kaden only smiles, “Hand over Rebel and I will leave. I intend to make her Luna of Blue Moon. I care nothing about Blackstone. If you don’t hand her over, I will take her by force.”

The warriors of Blackstone and Rising Moon start snarling and I hear jaws snapping. They are ready to attack.

“Rebel is my Luna and fated mate. I will not surrender her for your greed. If you insist on killing your warriors over greed, I cannot stop you, but my mate will not be going anywhere with you.” Austin snarls and he has extended his claws.

I step up beside Austin and look Kaden in the eyes. I see a wicked gleam, like he thinks I will surrender to him.

“Alpha Kaden, Austin is my mate, my love, my life, and this pack is my home. You are nothing, so you and your pack can go to hell.” I say calmly.

“You are certainly a beauty Rebel Lawson. I will have fun taming you, once I have you.” He responds with a maniacal grin.
