Chapter 185

Morgana POV
That bitch and her mate always seem to escape with hardly anything happening to them. I am barely regaining my magic and Liora has bruises all over her neck. Since the combination of the chains was iron and silver, the bruises won’t be leaving her neck so quickly and magic won’t cover it.
The entire mission was a bust. I planned to use their suffering to torment Reid until I could give him his final blow and finish his life. But no, leave it to this couple to ruin everything again. I laid back in my bed, thinking about just how much Rebel and Austin have escaped. The one thing I noticed is that they were always apart. As long as they weren’t together, one could save the other.
Suddenly a brilliant plan started to formulate in my mind. I need to capture them both together and make sure they suffer together. They can’t save each other if they are both captured together. How will I make that happen though? I need the right set of circumstances. I will have to create those circumstances. Then what will they do?
I start laughing to myself. It’s a perfect idea. Now to think this through. I need both of them to fall into the trap. I will need help to get both of them. I will ask Liora for help. I’ll even toss in another aphrodisiac and better restraints so she can finally have Austin to herself.
I still have some contacts within Blue Moon. I get updates occasionally from them about the happenings in the pack, now that Rising Moon is managing them. It’s been pretty quiet, but I can have a couple of them help set a trap for Rebel. Then I can set the trap for Austin. They both will end up in the same place and watch each other get tortured. I will make sure Reid sees it all. Him and his whore of a mate, Adele. I will broadcast it to them and show them I will always have them under my thumb.
Once they show up and try to save the day, I will kill them all. I will enjoy and bathe in the bloodbath from the aftermath of my revenge. With a new resolve, I get up and go to Liora who is in the next room.
“Liora? Are you awake?” I called out.
I heard her hoarse voice, “Yes. Come in.”
I see her sitting in a rocking chair that is in the room, and she is sipping a concoction to soothe her throat. It definitely doesn’t smell like tea. It smells pungent and she will likely need mouthwash after. Her neck has bruises in the shape of the iron chains. When restraining Austin, the rogues wore gloves. I didn’t think about the iron playing a part in the previous plan. I will need steel or titanium with silver. I don’t know what other options are out there.
“My friend, I’m sorry you were injured. I didn’t think Austin would realize you weren’t his actual mate.”
“I know. I didn’t think about it either. He was asking me questions, even under the influence of the drugs. He has a strong will and a strong mind. It makes me want to conquer him that much more.” She said with a glint in her eyes.
“If you are still willing to help me, I think I know how we might be able to get both Austin and Rebel.”
Her eyes lit up, “I’m listening.”
“We have to capture them both together. Every time one is captured, the other always comes to the rescue. If they are both captured, who will come to their rescue then? What I will do is create another aphrodisiac, more

potent and I will make sure I have better restraints that won’t hurt you.”

“How exactly do you intend to capture both of them? It’s hard enough to get one, from what you have told me.’
“I will need your help Liora. I think we need to lay out the perfect and most unsuspecting trap. I have contacts at Blue Moon too that I believe will help us. For a price; of course.”
“What exactly did you want from me?” Liora asks with her lips, curling slightly up.
“We need to create portals at the same time. Once they fall through, they both will land in their own cells. Since I plan to have cells that won’t be made out of iron, I will be able to restrain them myself without the help of any other wolves. But I do need the wolves to help me with setting up the trap. It will be less suspicious that way.”
“I see. You and I are going to create portals for them, and they drop to their own cells. Where are these cells going to reside?”
“I was thinking we would do it right under their noses. Have you ever noticed that whenever something is going down, that the mines in Blackstone are left unattended?”
“That’s a death sentence for us, Morgana. I suggest we find another place. Perhaps the Central Council region. That way we are far removed from Blackstone, Rising Moon and Blue Moon. I have a place in mind too that isn’t far away but still secluded. No one will suspect anything either.”
“Tell me about the place you are thinking about.”
“Well, it looks like an abandoned house. Underneath there is a tunnel system that leads to a basement. I like to go there on occasion to clear my head of all the nauseating politics of trying to keep an alliance. Which, by the way, I still need to maintain my position there if I’m going to keep helping our kind. Anyway, the basement is plenty big for two large cells and for us to move around freely. Even if Austin and Rebel can escape, they would still have to get through the tunnel system. It’s easy enough for them to get lost and far away enough that they won’t be able to call for help.”
I smile wickedly, “I would like to see this place, and I need to learn the ins and outs of the tunnel system. This will take time. I want it done to perfection.”
