My mom was the first one to come through. She’s older and frailer now, but still as fear as ever. “Where are my grandpups?!”

“Oh, they look just like you, Austin.” She said misty-eyed. “Your father would be so proud of the man you have become, my son.”

My heart swells at her words, “Thanks, mom.”

“I’m fine, Mom. Even though I’m being imprisoned for the next three days here.” Rebel replied.

After all the visitors came and left, our other pups, Aiden, Reid and Rory, all came with Renz and Lacey’s two girls, Navy and Nala. Jessup and Jane also came with their pups, Jonah and Julian. They all had turns meeting the boys and giving them kisses on their foreheads.

“So now you have four sons and one daughter. I feel bad for Rory the older she gets.” Renz started laughing.

“She has an army of brothers as she should. She’s the princess.” I smirked and I heard Rebel huff. She always thinks I’m too soft on Rory. Maybe I am, but she is a daddy’s girl. I will keep it that way.

“As far as I’m concerned, we are one big, no scratch that, BIGGER, family.” I said. Everyone in the room agrees, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
