Chapter 233
12 years Later
Austin POV
“Luna, we are going to do a C-Section.” Dr. Moreno said.
“Fine. Just knock me out, doc!” Rebel screamed through contractions.
“Darling, you are strong, you got this, baby.” I said encouraging my mate.
We don’t know how it happened. Rebel and I decided not to have anymore pups after Rory, but here we are, giving birth to another set of twin boys. I’m anxious to meet Adrian and Isaiah, but I’m worried about Rebel. She nearly died last time, and I still shudder at the memory.
I see Dr. Moreno and the nurses prepping, Rebel for her C-Section. “Austin!” Rebel calls out to me, and I can smell her fear.
“I’m right here, darling. I’m not going anywhere, my brave mate.” I told her. Cronos is losing his damn mind with worry over Roxie. He remembers the last time as well and how she stayed silent for a week after Rebel was discharged from the hospital following Rory’s birth.
“Okay, Luna, we are going to begin. You are going to feel some tugging and pulling. That’s just me getting your sons out, okay?”
“Okay.” She says with her shaking voice.
After twenty minutes, both of our sons were born. They are identical twins. They both look like me. I’m holding both of them, while Dr. Moreno finishes closing Rebel back up. He made sure to tie off her tubes to ensure we wouldn’t have any more unexpected pregnancies.
I bring our boys to Rebel, and she starts crying. “They look as handsome as their father.”
“I bet they will be a kind as their mother.” I said as I kissed her again. “You are the most incredible woman I have ever known, my darling. Look at how healthy our pups are. You did amazing.”
Every time we have pups, I fall more in love with Rebel. She is a far different woman than the one I met in the woods all those years ago. We have been together for over a decade and my love for her has never once faltered. No one will ever compare to her.

Once Dr. Moreno finishes closing up, Rebel, he looks over at us. “Luna, I know you hate being in a hospital bed. I’m telling you right now, it’s a mandatory three day minimum. No complaining.” He said smiling. Congratulations, Alpha, Luna.”
“Ugh. Three days, Austin?” She starts complaining the moment Dr. Moreno leaves the room.
“Yes, darling. Three days.” I said.
“I’m going to have a scar now too.” She frowned.
