“Thalia! Sobrina! Are you okay? Where is Mia?” My Tio says.

“Tio!” Mia says as she runs out of the car.

I am still staring at Aiden who is still looking at me in shock. I realize that that I must be a macabre sight of chaos and destruction. I look down. He must think I’m a

psycho.

Instead, to my surprise, he walks up to me and pulls me into his arms. “Thalia, I thought I wouldn’t see you again.”

I’m covered in blood and he doesn’t care? “Aiden, I’m covered in blood.”

“What is going on, Alpha?” My Tio asks, looking at Aiden and me.

“Wait. Aiden is your Alpha, Tio?”

“No. She can call me Aiden, Dr. Moreno. Thalia is my mate.” Aiden says.

“Clearly, we do. First, sobrina, let’s go to the pack hospital and make sure you are okay.” Tio tells me.

I addressed my sister first. “I will go for you, Mia. Okay?” Then I turn my attention to Aiden, “Sobrina means niece. Hermana means sister. It’s not different names.” I said and now I’m smiling.

“Okay. Let’s go to the pack hospital then.” He says before turning to two more guards, “Burn their bodies and then head back. I’m taking your Luna to the pack hospital.”

“Yes, Alpha. Welcome, Luna.” They said smiling, before running off to finish their tasks.

“Luna?” I asked.

“I’m Alpha of Blackstone Pack. You’re my mate. It automatically makes you the Luna here, Mojito.”

“Why are you calling my niece, Mojito?” Tio asks.

“Raul, her scent is rum, mint, lime and sugar. Thalia told me that’s what’s in a mojito. Which, she introduced me to last weekend. So now I call her Mojito.” Aiden said with a smile. Gosh, his smiles are really something. Warm and inviting.
