Aiden POV

Thalia was acting strange today. There is something she isn’t telling me. I don’t want to pressure her, but my gut is telling me that she is bothered about that two- month time frame Canary and Sin gave her about her dad and the other asshole.

She never talks to me about her problems or fears. She always takes them on herself. While I love that she is independent, she has me to lean on and yet she never does. I want to talk to her about what is going through her mind, but it seems like she always avoids the conversation.

‘Raul, is Mia and Thalia with you?’

‘No. Mia had to train. Thalia is probably there with her.’

“Thanks.” I said as I closed the mind link.

I head to the training facility, and I see Thalia dancing with Mia. She is showing her sister dance moves. I love watching her dance. The way she moves her hips and arms look fluid and natural. She really is a beautiful woman. When they are done, I hear Mia say something about Thalia leaving.

I step from behind the doorway where I was standing and watching them dance and move towards them. “What’s this about you leaving, Thalia?”
