Chapter 320

Aiden POV

Leon and Nyx ran for a couple of hours. Leon hunted Nyx, because it was clear that she let him. He didn’t care either. He was happy just to have his mate. She is a little bigger than us but that didn’t matter. What did matter was when Leon caught up to Nyx, they completed their mate bond. Which has me desperate to complete mine with Thalia now that she has shifted.

‘Nyx, how is my mate?’ I ask her.

‘Her mind is waking up. I will likely shift back in five minutes.’ She said, still running and huffing at Leon. He is head over heels in love and I don’t blame him.

‘Aiden, when you shift back, don’t be surprised if you are extra…driven, to complete the mate bond.’ Nyx said.

What does she mean by ‘extra driven?’ I guess I will find out. After another five minutes have passed, Nyx shifts back and gives Thalia control. She’s awake and looks rejuvenated after resting inside of Nyx. When I shift back, I feel anxious. I shake it off and pull Thalia in my

arms.

“Congratulations, mojito! Your first shift. How do you feel?” I say as my body starts feeling agitated.

“I’m so happy, Aiden!” She says jumping on me. I can’t believe it! She is finally here!” “Yeah, she is, let’s go shower.” I said crashing my lips on hers a little more forcefully that I normally would kiss her. What the hell is wrong with me?

I feel my mate’s desire explode for me, so I don’t think she minded. I carried her inside and we make it to our bedroom and she starts ripping my clothes off of me. I’m growling loudly and scoop her up and rush her into the bathroom before pushing her against the wall and thrusting myself into her.

“Aiden!” She screamed out and her eyes widened.

“Did I hurt you?” I asked, trying to reign in my strength.

“No. You startled me.” She said as she wraps her arms around my neck and kisses me fiercely. ” Take me. I’m yours, papi!”

I growl possessively, “Damn right, you are!” I said thrusting into her hard and fast as the water hits us. I bring her over the edge pretty damn fast but I’m still hard and not nearly as sated as I want, so I keep pounding into her. “MINE!” I roar.

“FUCK! YES! YOURS!” She screams and she starts grinding back on me as I thrust into her.

I push her through two more orgasms and her legs are shaking and her body is trembling and still I haven’t gotten enough.

I flinched, feeling guilty. “I’m sorry.”

“It’s okay. Nyx said you were in rut because she completed her bond with Leon, before you and I completed our bond. I didn’t even know that was a thing.”

“Neither did I.” I said admittedly.

I lay her down on the bed comfortably and start massaging her legs and back. “I’m going to have to leave you alone for a couple of days so you can recover.” I said.

“Well, that’s a shame, considering Nyx said I would be healed in a couple of hours.” She laughed.

I stopped massaging and looked at her. A couple of hours? That’s Alpha level healing.

“What’s wrong?”

“Thalia, that’s Alpha level healing. You’re not an Alpha.”

“It is? I don’t know. That’s what Nyx said.” She sighed, “The only thing she can’t heal is the gash and the injuries associated with them.” She said and she looked sad.

“Baby, it’s okay. We will figure it all out. Don’t worry about those things.” I said, assuredly to

her.

“Be honest with me, Aiden. Is your status at risk?” She asked.

She sighed and now that our mate bond is complete, I can feel her worry about me. It’s sweet, but I have everything lined up.

‘I think Thalia’s kin is close to finding her. We’ve had some humans that looks unsavory snooping around.’
