His plump mate (Rebel and Austin) by Buchanan novel Chapter 590

Aiden POV

“Something happened with Sinclair. Adrian is furious. I need to go to Sinclair’s room,” I said to my Mojito.

“I’m coming,” she said definitively.

We go down to the guest wing, and as soon as we are on the floor, I feel Adrian’s aura radiating throughout. I knock on Sinclair’s door, and Adrian opens it roughly.

“I’m fucking killing someone, Aiden,” he growled.

I looked behind him, and Sinclair was holding onto the dress that her brother had given her. It’s in shreds. My anger rises immediately.

“Oh, Sinclair!” Thalia said, rushing over to her and hugging her.

“Tally, I don’t understand this behavior. A rejected she-wolf is cast out of society? When did this become the standard?” she asked, crying.

I’m fucking furious. I kneel in front of Sinclair. “This has never been the standard, Sinclair. Something is going on, and I’m going to find out what it is. If we have traitors in this pack and they are targeting you, they are dead.”

Thalia continues holding Sinclair. She opens the pack link. ‘I AM APPALLED BY THE BEHAVIOR OF THIS PACK TO THEIR BETA FEMALE! WHOEVER BROKE INTO HER ROOM AND DESTROYED HER BELONGINGS WILL BE ANSWERING TO ALPHA AIDEN, BETA ADRIAN, AND ME. I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT.’

Adrian pulled me aside. “Explain this dress to me. Sinclair said it was her first gift.”

“No one has ever celebrated her birthday or holidays with Sinclair,” I began. “She has never received a gift in her whole life. That dress is the first time someone thought of her. Her brother gave her that dress, which makes it more special to her.”

I see the murderous intent in Adrian’s eyes. “This is my fucking fault.”

“No. It’s not your fault. Sinclair didn’t tell me this was going on either. I should have been paying more attention.”

Sinclair interrupted us, “I doubt you will be able to figure out who did this on your own. But I can.”

Her voice is devoid of the happiness she had just a little while ago. Her voice is hoarse, and her eyes are puffy.

“Why do you say that?” I asked.

“Because the warriors don’t respect me either, Aiden. They have been cold to me ever since I returned from the welcome party. I’m willing to bet they wiped the footage.”

I growl low. Using the pack resources to hurt a pack member and a ranked pack member at that is one step entirely too far.

“Tell me you have a backup, Sinclair,” Thalia said.

“That’s impossible,” she stayed staring at the screen.

Adrian sat beside her. “Sinclair, who is that. She’s not a pack member.”

Thalia looked at the screen. “Wait, is that -,” She started to ask, but Sinclair cut her off.

“The very one. How did she bypass our security measures? Damn that, how did she find me here, of all places?” She asked, completely entranced.

“Mind filling the rest of us in?” I asked.

Sinclair’s face then shifted. She went from looking like she’d seen a ghost to a woman ready to kill someone. Her hands started shaking, and then the rest of her body. Her face started turning red with anger.

“No! They don’t get to do this to me. Especially not this bitch,” she snarled.

Adrian forces Sinclair to look at him. “Sinclair, who is she?”

“Candy, my foster sister.”
