Howl of Destiny. Alpha Lira’s Legend
Chapter 153 True Colors
Seraphina Prince’s POV:
Lira’s words made my spine stiffen. I was momentarily speechless.
I had calculated everything, but I never expected her to be so sharp. She’d seen right through me, and it caught me completely off guard.
I thought that in front of a crowd, she’d at least try to maintain her image. I didn’t expect her to bite back so hard.
It seemed my first impression was right-she wasn’t a typical pushover Omega. I couldn’t afford to be
careless with her.
Taking a deep breath, I regained my composure and forced a light chuckle. I’m sorry. I just transferred, so I thought this was just how you guys talked. I didn’t realize you were actually fighting.”
Lira Voss’s POV:
I almost laughed in her face.
This Seraphina was a world-class actress.
Laura scoffed loudly. “Wow, your old school must have been trash if people talk to each other like they’re in a bar fight. And here I thought you ‘top-tier nobles’ actually had some class.”
Seraphina’s eyes immediately welled up with tears. “Don’t twist my words,” she said, looking wounded. “I just wanted everyone to get along. It’s too small a thing to ruin relationships over.”
Chloe stepped in, shouting angrily, “I’m the one who said it! Seraphina didn’t do anything. Why are you bullying her? Besides, I’m right-a low-rank Omega has no business being Prom Queen!”
Laura snapped back instantly, “If Lira isn’t fit, are you? If I recall, Chloe, your grades are bottom-tier and your combat rank is pathetic. By your own logic, does someone with a mediocre family and failing grades even belong at Smith High?”
I didn’t expect Laura, usually so air-headed, to be such a savage in an argument. I couldn’t help but let out
a snicker.
“You!” Chloe’s face turned bright red as she looked down to avoid the staring eyes of the other studen Seraphina tried to cut in again. “Chloe didn’t mean it. Please, can we just stop fighting?”
I glanced at the girl and handed her my book. “Drop it. Just read your book and stop wasting time on this
nonsense.”
The confrontation ended there, but the drama didn’t. Rumors of our rivalry spread through the school like wildfire.

Chapter 153 True Colors
The school forum even featured a trending post. “Prom Queen Lira vs. Noble Transfer Seraphina. The Showdown.
The post analyzed us from every angle-grades, family, rank, and looks. The comments section exploded.
[Lira has medical skills, top grades, and she’s arguably the most beautiful girl this school has ever seen She’s earned that crown.]
[Seraphina is a top-tier noble. She has the looks, the family, and the talent. She’s the real representative of our academy.]
[Lira is a low-rank Omega. In my house, that rank is only good for being a maid. How can she represent our school?]
[I’ve been over Lira for a while. She’s always skipping class and acting all high-rank. She never even bows to those of us with higher ranks; she just ignores us.]
I ignored the noise completely.
That evening, I returned to my place and entered my spatial dimension. Azure and Foxy, my two little spirit pets, immediately pounced on me with accusing looks.
I stroked them, laughing. “Alright, alright, don’t look at me like that. I’ve just been busy. I’ll come see you every day from now on.”
Azure and Foxy exchanged a solemn look before their resentment faded. “Fine. Since you sound sincere. we forgive you.”
I laughed at their pampered, arrogant little faces.
I walked over to the lab, satisfied by the massive stores of medicinal raw materials.
All the rare herbs I’d brought in were soaking up the energy in this magical space; their potency was now many times stronger than before!
I sat down, focusing entirely on sorting and refining the herbs.
Three hours later, I stared at the blue pill in my hand with a satisfied smile and popped it into my mouth.
For a completely new medicine developed in this dimension, I had to be the test subject to truly understand its properties.
I lay back, patiently waiting for my body to react…
