Howl of Destiny Alpha Lira’s Legend
Chapter 188 The Fortress of Medicine
Lira Voss’s POV:
I decided to hold the press conference right in the heart of the Four Seasons pharmaceutical plant.
A few of the board members were hesitant at first, but Serena shut them down with a single sentence. “The Chairwoman ordered it.” That was all it took.
Even though they had never seen my face, every move I’d made for the company had been flawless. To them, I was a ghost-like genius, and they followed my lead with religious zeal.
I stayed in the shadows for a reason; I knew that if these high-ranking executives found out their ‘Chairwoman’ was a teenage, low-rank Omega, their faith might waver, and I couldn’t have that stalling my progress.
The launch was a spectacle unlike anything the Pack Alliance had ever seen. Most pharma companies guard their plants like high-security prisons to protect their trade secrets, but Four Seasons was throwing the gates wide open. It was a power move that commanded total attention.
Reporters arrived early at the massive compound. The iron gates swung open, and staff led them through a sprawling campus of research towers, high-tech production bays, and lush botanical gardens. It wasn’t a factory; it was a self-contained city of science.
The conference was held in the central auditorium-a circular, glass-and-steel marvel of engineering. Every attendee had to pass through a high-end biometric scan for security. Inside, massive holographic screens looped a breathtaking 360-degree tour of the facility.
At 8:00 AM, I arrived at the plant with Serena and the inner circle.
Inside the lab, Candy and the research team watched with wide, worshipful eyes as I mixed chemical reagents. My techniques were decades ahead of the industry, and they hung on my every move.

Their respect for me had grown into something bordering on obsession. Since joining Four Seasons, they had been floored by the rare herbs in our gardens-plants that would cost a fortune on the black market were being used here like common grass.
They knew I was the one who provided the specimens, the cultivation protocols, and the precision dosages. Even the equipment they used was the most advanced tech in the world.
For a group of scientists, working here was like being handed the keys to heaven, the company gave le sud everything they needed without question.
Serena stepped into the lab and lowered her voice. “The conference is starting”
I didn’t look up from the test tube, my hands steady as I watched the liquid change hue. “Go ahead and host it, Serena. I’ll watch the live feed from here. Every building has a stream anyway.
Serena nodded. “Understood. I’ll see you after.”“

Chapter 188 The Fortress of Medicine
Serena had been running this plant for years, she handled the crowd with the grace of a seasoned diplomat.
She stepped onto the stage, a professional smile on her face as she faced the sea of cameras. “Good morning. I’m Serena Barnes, General Manager of Four Seasons Pharmaceuticals. Thank you all for coming.
“In the three years since our founding, we’ve grown thanks to the support of this community. Many of you are wondering why we invited you into our inner sanctum. This was an order from our Chairwoman-she wants the public to see the heart of our operation.
“Transparency leads to trust. We want you to see exactly why our medicine produces results that border on the miraculous. After the briefing, I’ll take you on a tour.
“But first, our Head of R&D will demonstrate the efficacy of our lafest breakthrough.”
The thirty-minute demonstration left the room in stunned silence. Even the reporters who didn’t understand the data were transfixed by the pale blue liquid on the screen and the undeniable results it produced. As soon as the presentation ended, a reporter jumped up with a question.
“Director Barnes, does this drug have side effects? Usually, the more potent the medicine, the heavier the toll on the body.”
“None,” Serena replied instantly. “Our components are extracted from 100% natural herbs. We use zero synthetic fillers or chemical reagents. It is pure, clean energy.”
“Will Four Seasons be mass-producing this? The results are revolutionary.”
Serena kept her smile steady. “We won’t be mass-producing. The raw materials are too rare and nearly impossible to cultivate on a large scale. This will be a limited-run release, available by pre-order only.”
“Limited?”
A murmur rippled through the crowd. They’d heard of limited-edition bags and cars, but a limited- edition life-saving drug? It was unheard of.
” But then again, given the “miracles” Four Seasons had pulled off before, it made a strange kind of sense. Then, a reporter threw a curveball. “Director Barnes, why does your Chairwoman never appear in public? Is there a reason she’s hiding?”
