**Through Silent Meadows We Trace Stories Left Behind Yesterday**
by Asa Rowan Flint
Sophie was still grappling with the shock of the situation. The reality of it all felt like a dark cloud hanging over her. “I can’t dwell on this anymore,” she thought, shaking her head as if to physically cast away the thoughts that plagued her. “Let’s head to the hot springs and give those private matters a proper resolution.”
Liam’s behavior had crossed a line, transforming from merely unpleasant to downright repulsive. The very idea of being associated with someone like him made Sophie’s stomach churn. All she wanted was to sever ties with him as swiftly as possible, to escape the toxic web he spun around her.
“Alright, let’s head out now,” she said, trying to infuse her voice with resolve.
Ryan and Sophie stepped out of the room, each lost in their thoughts. As they approached Liam’s door, Sophie took a deep breath and knocked deliberately, a gesture that felt both bold and necessary.
“Liam! We’re going to the hot springs. Would you like to join us?” she called, her voice steady despite the turmoil inside her.
The door creaked open just a fraction, revealing Liam in a state that made Sophie recoil. His entire body dripped with water, his white shirt marred by unsightly stains that made him look even more disheveled.
Sophie instinctively took several steps back, her disgust palpable. She felt as if she might catch something unclean just by being in his proximity.
“I just finished unpacking and was about to take a shower. You two go ahead; I’ll join later,” Liam said hastily, his tone dismissive as he quickly shut the door, leaving no room for further conversation.
With a sigh of relief, Sophie turned away and walked alongside Ryan, her heart still racing from the encounter.
Inside the room, Liam’s demeanor shifted dramatically. He pushed Lena onto the bed with a force that startled her.
“What are you doing here? Don’t you realize this could expose us!” he hissed, his frustration evident.
Lena, her voice trembling like petals caught in a spring rain, replied, “Brother, I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to intrude…”
Though Lena wasn’t conventionally beautiful, there was an innocence about her that drew attention. This purity, combined with her tears, created a haunting allure that stirred something primal in men.
As Liam unbuckled his belt, a desperate need ignited within him. “Lena, we agreed that once you’re pregnant, we’ll end this madness.”
With a timid resolve, Lena wrapped her arms around Liam’s neck, her eyes pleading. “Brother, please… let me have your child quickly…”
The air in the room thickened with an almost tangible tension, the low growls of Liam mingling with Lena’s soft, hesitant moans, creating a symphony of desire that filled the space.
Meanwhile, Sophie and Ryan arrived at the hot spring area, a stark contrast to the chaos they had just left behind.
Sophie was clad in a swimsuit that, while modest, still managed to attract more than a few lingering glances.
Her skin, already fair, glowed softly, and her long legs, reminiscent of a model’s, seemed to captivate the attention of those around her.
The early signs of pregnancy had transformed her figure; her previously flat chest now held a fullness that accentuated her curves. Wrapped in her swimsuit, she exuded an enchanting aura that could rival any siren.
As men discreetly observed her, Ryan stepped forward, draping a blanket over her shoulders. “The temperature difference here is quite significant. I wouldn’t want you to catch a cold.”
Sophie pulled the blanket closer, grateful for the warmth. “Thank you,” she replied, her voice softening.
“We’ve known each other for so long; we’re friends. No need for thanks over little things,” Ryan said, a smile playing on his lips. “If it’s alright with you, I’d like to call you Sophie, like your brother does. You can just call me Ryan.”
Sophie nodded, her smile brightening. “Of course, that works for me.”
As they entered the hot spring, the sudden warmth enveloped Sophie, making her feel at ease. A contented smile crept across her face, a reflection of the comfort that surrounded her.
Ryan, noticing her relaxed demeanor, reached out to tuck a stray strand of hair behind her ear, his gaze filled with a tenderness that was hard to disguise.
“Are they still filming?” Sophie asked quietly, breaking the serene silence.
