I Forgot I Ever Loved You (Zoe and Hayden) novel Chapter 134

Hayden took the stairs two at a time.

His arm hooked around Zoe's waist. An enraged Zoe was like a wild force of nature; if she were fighting ordinary people, a whole group probably couldn't hold her down.

Hayden simply scooped her up and hauled her away from Sylvia.

Sylvia's hair was a tangled mess, looking incredibly pathetic, her cheeks already red and swollen. She had completely lost the elegant aura of a high-society lady.

"You, you absolute psycho!"

Ever since Sylvia joined the Thorne family, no one in the entire elite circle of the capital had ever dared to disrespect her.

Zoe must have a death wish.

To actually lay hands on her.

"Your son and his brother's widow are out doing shameless things, and you have the nerve to run over here and curse at me?"

Zoe's eyes were red with fury, thrashing wildly like a trapped animal.

Hayden gave up and just threw her over his shoulder, carrying her straight to the master bedroom and tossing her heavily onto the bed.

Zoe tried to bounce right back up to keep fighting, but Hayden leaned over, pinning her down so she couldn't move an inch.

"Zoe, I have tolerated you for a long time. That is enough."

Zoe glared up at Hayden, her eyes devoid of even a shred of affection.

Only burning rage remained.

"I've had enough too. Let's get a divorce. I'll gladly step aside so you can be with Sienna."

Hayden's gaze grew dangerously dark.

"Divorce?"

She had thrown that word around multiple times this month alone.

Back then, she had clung to him shamelessly just to marry into the family, and now she was throwing massive tantrums trying to leave.

Did she think the Thorne family was a revolving door she could just walk in and out of as she pleased?

As Zoe struggled, Hayden pulled out a pair of handcuffs from god-knows-where and locked her directly to the bedpost.

No matter how capable Zoe was, she wasn't getting off that bed.

Hayden stood at a calculated distance, looking down at her with a domineering air.
