I Forgot I Ever Loved You (Zoe and Hayden) novel Chapter 497

Fortunately, none of these people could see the true nature of their relationship.

Sienna felt that ever since Hayden transferred Easton Group to her name and Zoe moved out of Blackwood Manor, he hadn't been as passionate or attentive toward her as before.

She didn't know if it was just her imagination.

She kept feeling that his behavior had something to do with Zoe, but she had no proof.

Sienna returned to Blackwood Manor. Mrs. Winters had also just gotten back from shopping with some other society ladies.

Megan Winters accompanied Mrs. Winters. Both women were dressed head-to-toe in designer labels, wearing incredibly satisfied smiles.

Mrs. Winters had been on a winning streak playing cards that afternoon, raking in tens of thousands of dollars. Megan had even scored a few thousand just from the tips.

They were overjoyed when they saw Sienna.

But Sienna looked depressed, so Mrs. Winters and Megan quickly tactfully dropped their smiles.

Mrs. Winters looked at Sienna with concern.

"What's wrong? You look so unhappy. Did something go wrong at the company?"

Mrs. Winters had doted on Sienna since she was a child. Sienna had always been treated like a princess, and she was exceptionally smart in her own right.

From elementary school to studying abroad, everything had been smooth sailing. Being ignored by Hayden was the biggest setback she had ever faced in her life.

"It has nothing to do with the company."

She wanted to complain but felt it wasn't appropriate.

Mrs. Winters noticed something was off.

She looked surprised.

"Did you have a fight with Hayden? Sienna, you really shouldn't cross him. He's held you in the palm of his hand all these years, so just put up with it if anything happens.

He and Zoe are divorced. It's normal for you two to have some friction. After all, when Zoe was around, he had a point of reference for his feelings.
