He was having dinner with Commissioner Jasper Sterling and his associates.

Sienna also led a group of executives from her company out of the same place after finishing their meal.

She never expected to run into Hayden here.

Hayden walked out of a private room with Commissioner Sterling and the others, just as Sienna and her group from Easton Group bumped right into them.

Hayden gave them a faint glance. Sienna was stunned; she hadn't expected to meet him here.

She spotted Commissioner Sterling and the others. No wonder Hayden had been so cold to her recently—he was with the Commissioner.

They had been quite warm toward Sienna before, but after discovering she wasn't the Zoe Lynd they were looking for, combined with Sienna's rudeness toward them, they practically ignored each other now.
