I Stopped Loving Him When He Let Me Bleed Out novel Chapter 504

"I am not a tick! You have no idea what you're talking about, so stop jumping to conclusions!"

Noah defended himself fiercely, but Georgina had already turned around and walked away.

He watched her slender back as her ponytail swung wildly with every step. The girl had a serious attitude.

Early the next morning, Sienna woke up before Finn.

She stretched lazily out on the balcony and spotted Chloe leading York toward the parking lot.

York was walking agonizingly slow, dragging his feet, clutching the silver toy airplane model tightly to his chest.

It was the one Sienna had given him yesterday.

He held onto it as if he were terrified someone would snatch it away.

Chloe yanked the car door open, but York stopped right at the edge, refusing to climb in.

She shoved him lightly, but York twisted his little body in resistance. Chloe completely lost her temper, snatched the toy plane right out of his hands, threw it onto the pavement, and stomped on it as hard as she could.

The silver wing cracked perfectly down the middle in the dawn light, snapping into two pieces.

York froze for two seconds, then crouched down, desperately trying to pick up the broken pieces.

Chloe grabbed him by the arm, violently shoved him into the backseat, and climbed in after him.

As the door slammed shut, York's little face pressed against the car window. His eyes were red, his bottom lip trembling.

The car sped out of the resort gates, vanishing into the early morning mist.

Sienna felt her heart shatter right along with that toy plane.

She stared in the direction the car had disappeared, completely overcome with a suffocating wave of despair.

Her stomach tied itself into knots, overwhelmed by a deep sense of dread.

She turned around, went back inside, and shook Finn awake.

"Finn, wake up."

Finn opened his eyes and instinctively reached out, pulling her into his arms.

"What's wrong?"

Sienna spoke quickly.

"Chloe took York away."

Finn sat up immediately, grabbed his phone, and dialed Chloe's number.

He spoke for a few moments before hanging up.
