“Stop it,” Sienna murmured, dodging backward.
Finn chased after her.
“You started it.”
Steam rose between them, forming a thin, heated veil over the water.
Sienna pressed her hands against Finn's firm chest.
“Noah and the others are right there. Behave.”
Finn naturally wanted to maintain his image as a responsible older figure.
He put a respectable distance between them.
Not far away, Paxton Zane waded into the water with a towel wrapped around his waist, splashing loudly as if he had come over purely to ruin their moment.
In another section of the adjoining pool.
Georgina Vance crouched at the edge, testing the water temperature.
She wore a light blue one-piece swimsuit. Her exposed shoulders and arms were slender, but the skin there was a completely different shade than what was usually visible.
Her arms and face were tanned to a light wheat tone, but her exposed back and shoulders were luminous and pale, practically glowing like moonlight.
Her collarbones were sharply defined, her waist was narrow, and her limbs were slender but toned. Her shoulder blades were delicate and beautiful, resting on her back like a pair of folded wings.
Noah Sterling stepped out of the locker room. He didn't pause as he walked past Georgina, staring straight ahead as if he hadn't noticed her at all.
But his movements hitched slightly as he stepped into the water, the harsh lighting catching the sharp, clean line of his jaw when he looked down.
Georgina, on the other hand, made no effort to hide her stare.
Noah was far more built than she had imagined. His shoulders were broad, and he actually had a layer of lean muscle.
She took a good look, then turned away.
Noah caught her staring out of the corner of his eye, but he pretended not to notice.
As he waded deeper, he purposely thrashed his arms.
Water splashed right onto Georgina’s face.
She wiped the water from her eyes.
“Are you out of your mind?”
“Just getting back at you for yelling at me last night,” Noah said, leaning against the edge of the pool with a smug grin, his eyelashes wet from the mist.
Sienna leaned over from the other side of the pool.
“Georgina, is the water too cold? Do you want to come over here?”
Georgina instantly plastered on a sweet, innocent smile.
“It’s perfect, Sienna. Not cold at all.”
