KAEL

“Get out. All of you,” I commanded, keeping my gaze fixed on Sabrina as I burst into her room. Her friends tried to cover up, hugging their clothes around their bodies, but I didn’t give a damn about them.
They hesitated for a moment, glancing at Sabrina for her permission, but I was starting to lose my patience. “Don’t make me repeat myself,” I gritted my teeth, snarling at them. “Get. The. Fuck. Out.”
They turned to Sabrina, who simply nodded in response. They hurried out of the room without another word, snapping the door shut behind them. As soon as we were left alone, I marched towards her, almost grabbing her neck, but I stopped myself because I’m afraid that if I got physical, I might really kill her out of rage.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” I demanded, wondering when she became so vile and evil. “Harrassing your fellow woman. When did you turn out this way?”
I knew Sabrina was never a saint but stooping to this level? That’s unbelievable.
“Why do you look surprised?” She snorted, reappling lip gloss to her lips before smacking them together. “You made me this way and unless you do the right thing, I’ll continue to take out my anger on that little bitch and make her life a living hell.”
She dropped her lipstick, finally turning to face me with a smug grin. My hands clenched beside me, as she went on and on spilling trash.
“You are going to stop this madness, and you’ll stop it now,” I said sternly.
She chuckled at my words, looking unconvinced. “Can I ask a question?” She drew her brows together, staring straight into my eyes.
“Who are you trying to deceive? Your conscience or that little slut? Because we both know you didn’t give a damn about her. You didn’t hesitate to bully her when you had the chance, so what is with the pretense?”
“What if I started the bullying?” I shot her a look, daring her to say another word. “The bullying stops when I say it does, and you will not touch another strand of her hair.”
She stared at me blankly for a moment as if she was really considering my words before bursting into a fit of laughter. I inched closer, snarling at her, and her smile was soon replaced with a frown.
“You don’t get to tell me what to do-”
“I’m your Alpha!” I snarled, feeling a rush of rage coursed through my veins. “If you don’t want me to rip your flesh off then you’ll stay the fuck away from Nevaeh.”
for a
split second before she covered it with a frown. “I’m your future Luna, Kael! I don’t know Fear flickered in her eyes

Her face flushed as she continued. “I’m far better than her, Kael. I’m richer. Stronger. Beautiful in every sense of it. That omega should never be able to compete with me on a normal day, and then you suddenly changed and got me worrying about what the fuck she have that I didn’t.”
Her chest heaved from how fast she was talking, and I didn’t miss the tears that glistened in her eyes before she blinked it back.
“That omega have nothing to offer you. I do! And to make matter worse, she’s your stepsister. What the hell is wrong with
you?”
“We’re not related in any way, and I owe nobody an explanation. Stay away from Nevaeh. This is the last time I’ll tell you

nicely. If I ever see you bullying her again, trust me, you won’t like what will happen next.”
UGala
“I don’t care if I get hurt in the process. I’ll only be at peace when I finally get rid of that whore,” she spat out.
I knew there was no point in reasoning with her. She was used to having her ways, but she really was pushing her luck this time, and I won’t hold back anymore.
“This is the last time I’ll be using my words,” I said as a matter of fact.
“Really? Do you want to bet on that? You’re the one fucking your stepsister. If anything, you have more to lose, so if you really care about that bitch and wants me to leave her alone…”
A sinister smile graced her lips as she leaned closer. “Fuck me like the old times, and I might reconsider.”
The mere thought of touching anyone that is not Nevaeh made my muscles tensed. “Not even in your dreams,” I said. pushing her off as I stormed out.
“You’ll pay for this heavily,” she yelled after me, but I was done with the conversation.
My blood boiled with rage at how she was able to speak back at me. That was the girl that’d worship the ground I walk on just to please me. I knew she wouldn’t have been so confident if Nevaeh was a strong wolf. The only reason she was so bold things would go her way was because she knew she can always use Nevaeh to threaten me.
I punched the wall hard, bursting my hands from the pressure, but it did nothing to cease the anger bubbling inside me.
I needed to stop Sabrina but deep down, I knew words wouldn’t be enough to stop her. I needed to show how serious I am, but if I did, everything would still bounce back on Nevaeh.
As much as I hated to admit it, she is the weak link among us all, making her the easy target. I retreated to my room, unable to sleep a wink all night, as I pondered on how to solve the problem and cut Sabrina off for good.
I could hear the sound if the whistle blowing, but I just laid on the bed, too exhausted to move. A gentle knock resonated through the room, but before I could answer, the door creaked open.
My eyes met with Sabrina as she walked in, dressed like the camping was a fashion show and she was eager to impressed the
audience.
“What are you doing here?” I narrowed my eyes, as she sank her weight on the bed next to me.
“I’m not here to fight,” she sighed. “I have been doing a lot of thinking, and I thought I should inform you first. Not that it matters though, because I have made up my mind.”
“What are you even saying?” I frowned as she continued.
“I’m going to tell your father to allow us get married as soon as we graduate,” she said with a smile, leaving me dumbfounded for a while.
“Marriage? Seriously? Have you gone mad?” I stared her at as if she had grown two heads because none of this is starting to look or sound sane to me anymore.
“Yes, I have!” She snapped back, glaring at me like I was the unreasonable one here.
“We’re young. I have a career to pursue, and I’m definitely not going to allow anyone pull me down with marriage. Are you sure you think at all, because this sounds like a whole bullshit.”
“I don’t care about all of that,” she said dryly. “If I can’t have you, no one will.”
I pushed her out of my bed, dragging her towards the door and it took everything in me not to wipe off that stupid smirk on
her face.

The day had only juat begun, and she has ruined it already. I spent the rest of the day just hanging around, when it suddenly appear to me that I haven’t seen Nevaeh all day.
Just then, Kane walked past me, when I stepped him. “Hey, have you seen Nevaeh today?”
He nodded. “Yeah, I saw her in the afternoon. I haven’t seen her anywhere since then though.”
A familiar dread settled in the pit of my stomach. I searched through the crowd, hoping she was just trying to stay hidden like she does most times, but even when she saw trying to avoid attention, it never took me this long to spot her.
My feet kicked before I could stop myself. I searched everywhere, going between her room to every other place I could think of, but she was nowhere to be found.
Sabrina’s smirk flashed before my eyes when she left my room in the morning, and my blood ran cold. I went in search for Sabrina knowing she must have done something. It didn’t take long to find her with her friends, laughing at something.
Her eyes lit up as soon as she noticed me. “Kael, would you like to join us? We’re just playing a game-”
“Where the fuck is Nevaeh?”
