Chapter 590 Bring You Food
Kenny asked, “So, tell me. How exactly are you planning to discipline her?”
“I…”
Refusing to let Janet control the narrative, Zara jumped in before she could finish.

“Ms. Cohen ordered me to buy coffee for over sixty designers as an apology. She gave me a one–hour time limit. When I said that was physically impossible, she told me that if I couldn’t handle a ‘small punishment,‘ I should get out.”
Janet wasn’t used to subordinates talking back. She immediately glared at Zara, intending to warn her off. But the moment she lifted her eyes, she met Kenny’s icy stare and quickly looked down, heart pounding.
This heir might look young, but his presence was no less imposing than the older generation’s. He had been raised in the Caldwell family, after all; how could he be ordinary?
Kenny glanced leisurely at Zara and let out a laugh that was hard to interpret. “This is your idea of strict supervision? Making a designer–someone the company pays a high salary to hire–do the work of a logistical intern? Buying coffee?”
At the Caldwell estate, servants watched Zara’s every step, terrified she might trip or bump into something.
And in her own company, this woman dared to make Zara run errands up and down the building?
The smile on Kenny’s lips grew colder. “Ms. Cohen, is this how you ‘train‘ new talent?”
Kenny’s quiet authority sent a chill down Janet’s spine. “Mr. Caldwell, you are absolutely right. I was overwhelmed with work and didn’t consider the situation fully. I promise it won’t happen again.”
“Good. See that it doesn’t.”
With that, Kenny put his hands in his pockets and turned his gaze to Zara, who was currently making faces at Janet behind her back, emboldened by his support. “As for you… since Ms. Cohen is so busy, I suppose I’ll have to discipline you myself.”
He turned and strolled slowly toward the exit.
After a few steps, he looked back at a dumbfounded Zara and raised an eyebrow. “Are you coming?”
Is this guy doing this on purpose? Is he taking advantage of the fact that I can’t reveal my identity to torment me?
“Kenny, you just wait. If you dare try anything, I’ll go home crying and complain to your elders!” Zara thought.
With the expression of a martyr marching to her doom, Zara followed him out.
Philip covered a smile with his hand. “Alright, everyone back to work.”

Janet was still uneasy. “Mr. Buckley, about Mr. Caldwell just now…”

Philip gave her a reassuring look. “Don’t worry. Mr. Caldwell doesn’t interfere in company management.”
He paused, then added meaningfully, “However… the new chairman is Mr. Caldwell’s wife. And this new hire was recommended personally by her. Janet, you should think twice before you act. Don’t go too far.”
Janet’s heart tightened.
Philip’s words were a clear warning.
“Thank you, Mr. Buckley. I understand.”
But as she turned away, her gaze grew colder.
A capable woman like me, bowing down to some talentless woman who climbed the ladder with her belly?
Dream on.
Kenny led Zara all the way to the chairman’s office on the top floor.
The moment they walked in, Zara’s eyes lit up, and she practically flew across the room.
The office had been remodeled after the share transfer was finalized.
On the luxurious stone desk sat a gold–plated nameplate, “Chairman Zara Radcliffe.”
Zara leaned over the desk, turning back to grin excitedly at Kenny. “Did you see? Did you see? My name is right here!”
She was so carefree, her eyes curving as she smiled. Kenny’s heart gave a sudden, erratic thump, as if something had knocked against his chest.
“I see it.”
He walked slowly over to the L–shaped sofa in the seating area.
