Mia was left speechless. She would not be acting like this if she had any evidence to back up her claims. The problem was that they had no evidence.

Donovan seemed to have realized something and continued, "You don't have any evidence, do you? So you just barge in here to accuse us and even try to search our home.

"Even the police would need a warrant to do this, wouldn't they? Is the Greene family always such arrogant pricks?"

Cedric glared at Donovan and replied, "Why do you look so guilty then?"

Mia added on, "Exactly. Why are you stopping us from searching the house if you have nothing to hide?"

Donovan replied, "Isn't it just the normal thing to do to stop you? Anyone would be angry if they got randomly accused like this! What if we suspected that you were hiding Noelle away instead? Wouldn't you be pissed?"

Mia was at a loss for words. She realized that she would also be furious and feel disrespected if the Liddells accused them of hiding Noelle as well. But the current situation was just different.

Everyone knew how badly the Liddells had treated Noelle in the past.

Just then, Blake and Frank walked over and stood between the two opposing parties.

Blake spoke up first. "Enough arguing, everyone. This isn't the time to be fighting against each other."

Frank looked at Carl and said, "Weren't you heading back to the island? Why are you still here?"

Carl replied, "I was about to leave after packing my stuff and handling something when they suddenly burst into our house, saying that I had hidden Noelle away."

Donovan looked at Frank and said, "That's what happened. How could they suspect us, of all people, of taking Noelle away? How do you expect anyone to believe such a story? Why would we hide our own little sister away?"

Carl added on, "I need all of you to leave my house immediately, or I'm calling the police. I don't want things to get ugly between us. Noelle would be upset if she saw this."

Donovan continued, "Exactly. We won't press charges for the sake of what little friendship we've had because of Noelle. But if you were to go on any further than this, don't blame us for retaliating."
