It was a genuinely beautiful place. Noelle admired the scenery for quite some time before turning back to look around the room. She noticed that the room seemed to be made of stone, a rather unique choice of materials.
She walked to the door with the intention of stepping out of the hotel room and taking a look outside.
But then, she realized that the doorknob would not turn. She began to wonder about what was going on.
Noelle looked around the room once more, but she did not find any useful information that could tell her about her current situation.
She walked over to the window once more, but she could not see any landmarks whatsoever. It was only then that Noelle started to feel that something was wrong.
If it were Cedric who had brought her here, he would not have locked her inside a room. She began to wonder if she was still not yet rescued.
It did not make any sense, as she recalled that she last saw Carl before losing consciousness. She then wondered if it was merely her imagination. But she quickly realized that if Carl was merely just an imagination, then she should still be inside the car, and not somewhere far away out in the ocean.
Noelle wondered if her abductors had taken the money and then moved her somewhere else again. She couldn't figure out exactly what was happening, so she knocked on the door and asked, "Is anyone out there?"
No one responded to her calls, no matter how long she called out for attention. Noelle started to panic a little as she wondered just what the hell was going on. She looked around the room once more and noticed that it was relatively well-equipped.
The room even had a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. She walked inside the bathroom and saw that the toiletries were all of foreign brands.
Noelle immediately wondered if she had been sent abroad. She let out a gasp as she realized that she might have been smuggled abroad by Ivy's men.
That was the only plausible explanation from everything she had gathered so far.
Noelle then realized that she was looking slimmer than ever. She reckoned that it was because she had been losing weight from the lack of food throughout her abductions.
Meanwhile, Carl had been watching Noelle from the surveillance camera and noticed that she kept examining the room's furnishings. He figured that she must be getting suspicious about her whereabouts.
