The next day, Stella went to her lab, while Julius headed out to inspect the Bay City branch of his company.
That evening, they had dinner with Kyson and his sister, wrapping up their trip to Bay City.
Tiana was overjoyed to see Stella, immediately declaring that she was going to apply to Kingsland University just so she could see her more often.
When she found out Stella was preparing for her wedding, she eagerly demanded a spot as a bridesmaid.
Stella gave her a gift and encouraged her to focus on her exams.
Whether in the Capital or Bay City, there were incredible universities. As long as she scored well, she could go wherever she wanted.
The couple spent one more night at a hotel and flew back to the Capital the following day.
The past few days had been non-stop. Between the trip to South Africa and the detour to Bay City, they had been away for nearly ten days.
Next week was Nadine's birthday banquet. As Julius's wife and the eldest daughter-in-law of the Blackwood family, Stella was responsible for organizing it since her in-laws were away.
Even though the estate had a butler and staff, and Julius insisted they host it at a hotel so she wouldn't have to stress, she still needed to oversee the guest list, the catering, and the reception details.
Last year, by the time she and Julius got married, Nadine's birthday had already passed. She couldn't miss it this year.
So, after a day of resting, she moved back to the main estate.
Firstly, to keep Nadine company, and secondly, to properly prepare for the banquet.
Naturally, Nadine was absolutely thrilled.
