Chapter 215-1
What the hell is wrong with you now?”
Seeing Sabrina Johnson barging in and flipping things over like a madwoman, Ethan Collins,
already on edge, snapped. He slammed the table and shouted, “Get the hell out right now! Stop
bothering me!”
Sabrina’s eyes widened as her tears welled up, clearly feeling deeply wronged. “Wuwy… Ethan, why are you like this now? You never used to yell at me. I’m not just your fiancée anymore–I’m the
mother of your child!”
Her sobs made Ethan’s head throb. He had just gotten off a call with Zoey Mitchell, who’d been crying to him too. Rubbing his temples, he couldn’t help feeling overwhelmed. What kind of cursed day was this? Why did everyone seem to be ganging up on him?
Eventually, Ethan admitted he had just spoken to Zoey. That sent Sabrina into an internal meltdown, though she didn’t show it. Instead, she clenched her fists quietly–she was going to find Zoey and settle this once and for all.

The two of them ended up chatting for over two hours. Damien sat nearby without a chance to get a word in, and yes, he was definitely feeling a little jealous.
After she hung up, Amelia teased him, “So you’re jealous of your own mom now?”
Damien raised an eyebrow, catching one key word. “Mom, huh? Sounds like someone’s already planning to be my wife.”
Amelia’s cheeks flushed pink. She cleared her throat and quickly made her way to the kitchen. “So, what should we cook for dinner?”
Watching her disappear into the kitchen, Damien shook his head and rolled up his sleeves, following after. “I’ve got it. You just sit back and wait to eat.”
“Mind if I join that waiting game too?”
Emily Carter stepped in at that exact moment, back from visiting Isla Shaw’s set and clearly starving. She rubbed her belly with a grin. Hearing their conversation, she immediately chimed in.
“You better.” Amelia laughed, making sure Damien didn’t get the opportunity to say something awkward, then went over to chat with Emily. Pretty soon, Emily got curious about what had gone
