Chapter 191 The Sterlings Have the Money
To keep up her popular, center–of–attention persona, she’d have to beg rich kids or sugar daddies for cash, and that meant sleeping her way to the top–all because of Amelia!
Julian quietly watched her put on a show. Just looking at her fake, dramatic face made his stomach churn.
I can’t believe I let a piece of trash like her blind me in my past life!
Julian scoffed, “You know exactly what you did. Alexander and I haven’t exposed you because we don’t want to worry Mom and Dad. Watch your step.
“Julian!”
No matter how Sophia screamed, Julian completely ignored her.
Back at school, Sophia stormed over to Amelia. “Spit it out! What’s your game plan? Why are you clinging to the title of Sebastian’s fiancée while trying to seduce Cyrus? Have you no shame?”
The surrounding students all turned to look at Amelia, whispering among themselves.
“Looks like the internet rumors are true. Amelia really is sleeping with Cyrus. Look, Sophia even came all the way to school just to chew her out.”
“But it’s not like Sophia is a saint either. She plagiarized and faked her grades. I can’t believe she still has the nerve to show her face here. It’s disgusting.”
Hearing someone bash her, Sophia’s face instantly dropped. “Say that again!”
The student immediately clammed up. After all, Sophia had the Bennetts backing her. Talking trash was one thing, but crossing her was a death wish.
Seeing everyone staring at them in dead silence, Sophia instantly puffed out her chest.
“I’m not just picking on you for fun. You’re fooling around with Cyrus, and that’s not me making things up, is it?”
Amelia leaned back in her chair, a lollipop in her mouth, and gave the crowd a cold, sweeping glance. “Did any of you actually see me fooling around with Cyrus?”
The students shook their heads in unison. “No.”
Amelia then shifted her gaze to the instigator. “Did you see it with your own eyes, Sophia?”

Sophia froze, stammering, “1…”
“You better think carefully. If you actually saw it, my lawyer will be coming to you for a statement. If you didn’t, I’m suing you for slander.”
“With what money? I bet you can’t even afford a lawyer!”
“If she can’t afford one, the Sterlings can!”

Glenn walked into the classroom with a dark expression, his sharp voice sending the girls into a frenzy. “It’s Glenn, the valedictorian! I can’t believe he’s backing Amelia up!”
“Oh my god, I want to marry him! He’s so manly!”
Watching Glenn’s tall figure storm in, Sophia couldn’t help but take a step back. She never expected him to speak up for Amelia. Shouldn’t the Sterlings be avoiding this kind of drama?
“Glenn, Amelia is dragging Sebastian’s name through the mud! Why would you fight her battles? Don’t tell me you have the hots for your future family?”
A flush crept up Glenn’s neck, his face twisting with anger. “Believe it or not, because of what you just said, the Bennetts will be begging on our doorstep tomorrow!”
Crossing the Sterlings only ended one way–absolute ruin!
Amelia purposely fanned the flames. “There’s no need for them to grovel. Just make Sophia pay a few million dollars. She’s loaded, after all.”
She could bet her life that Sophia didn’t have a single dime to her name right now!
But with everyone watching, Sophia was supposed to be the one teaching Amelia a lesson. How did it turn into Glenn putting her in her place?
“You little tramp, Amelia! I can’t believe you’d even seduce Sebastian’s cousin. You make me sick!”
Sophia stomped her foot in a rage, utterly humiliated, and shoved her way through the crowd
to escape.
The little farce finally ended, and the surrounding students scattered in a flash, pretending to be busy as they hurried back to their seats.
Amelia pulled another lollipop from her pocket and handed it to Glenn. “Thanks.”
Seeing the pink–wrapped candy, Glenn blanked out for a second. By the time he snapped out of it, the lollipop was already in his hand. “N–no problem.”
