Ride With Me novel Paige and Jace by Kylie K Chapter 345
CHAPTER 190-3
“I found customer records, repair histories, and information about regular customers.” I said.
“Good.” He said.
“There’s something else.” I said and Victor’s expression hardened.

“Paige noticed the discrepancies.” I added as Damien looked at him.
“She noticed?” Damien asked.
“She saw the parts out of place, and Mia noticed the missing paperwork.” I said.
“Did they suspect you?” Victor asked.
“No.” I said.
“Then you have nothing to worry about.” Victor said.
I nodded, although I wasn’t completely convinced. Paige had sharp instincts, and I couldn’t afford to become careless.
Victor stepped closer.
“Keep doing what you’re doing, and don’t rush.” Victor said.
“I understand.” I said.
“We don’t need to destroy the business tomorrow. We need Paige to believe it’s falling apart on its own.”
He said.
“What exactly do you want me to do?” I asked.
“Keep listening, learn how Paige and her employees operate, and find out what matters to her.” He said and I nodded.
“We want problems that look ordinary because ordinary problems are harder to fight.” He added.
I understood. A broken machine could seem like normal wear, a missing part could look like an inventory mistake, and a customer complaint could appear to be an employee’s fault.
One problem meant nothing, but several could destroy confidence.
“And if she starts asking questions?” I asked as Victor’s smile disappeared.
“Then make sure she asks the wrong ones.” Victor said as he turned toward the SUV, then stopped.
“One more thing. Do not underestimate Paige.” Victor added as the warning caught my attention.
“She is more important to that club than she realizes, and if she starts connecting the dots, everything becomes harder.” He continued.
“I understand.” I said.
CHAPTER 1963
“Good Go back tomorrow, act normal, and keep listening.” Victor said.
watched Victor climb inside, and the SUV disappeared into the darkness and Damien looked at me.
“You better not screw this up.” Damien said.
“I won’t.” I said.
He walked away, leaving me alone.
For the first time since entering Lawson Customs, I wondered whether I had underestimated Victor’s plans.
The job had seemed simple when I accepted it. Get inside, earn Paige’s trust, learn the business, and pass information to Victor.
Now it was becoming something else.
Paige wasn’t careless, and she noticed details most people ignored. That made her dangerous.
I returned to my truck, but before I could pull away, my phone vibrated and another message appeared.
WATCH PAIGE CLOSELY.
