“I am so glad that Dove’s appetite has improved,” Mom said looking at Dove.

She seems so much happier now.

“Thank the soup lady for us,” Addison said with a smile.

I looked around the room and everyone had smiles on their faces.

“You already know who it is don’t you?” I asked them and they all nodded.

rolled her eyes.

“Don’t test me Sasha, you are nothing to me and you know that,” Tia retorted and Sasha laughed at

this.

“Fine, but I will answer your question. I went to see Jade and my little sister agreed that she would never come back here,” Sasha said with a smile.

I looked at her, I listened to her heartbeat and she wasn’t lying at all.

“Jade did what?” I asked her and she chuckled and nodded.

“I have to thank you for that. I mean, you took Dove to her and that’s what made Jade take the decision,” she said and walked off singing.

I got up and took my car keys, there is no way I will let Jade stay there.

I drove all night to the city she was living in and finally got there at around 5 am.

I knocked on the door and Jade came and opened the door.

We walked to her room and today Tom wasn’t sleeping with her but with his grandmother.

I am so angry that the last thing I want is to be turned on by her but it seems I can’t control that.

“You mean everything to me but my sister was right. Keeping a child away from its family is evil,”

she said and then winked.

I looked at her confused and she started laughing at this.

“What she said made me realize that I have been doing the same to Tom. I am keeping him away

from his family,” she pointed out.

“I made a promise to my sister that I wouldn’t keep a child away from her family. I didn’t mention which child, I meant Tom,” she explained and my eyes widened when I realized this.

“I was going to wait until you come back next week, but since you are here. How about we go back

I pulled her even closer to me and watched as she chuckled at this.

Once Jade was completely naked I watched how she looked at me with a smile.

“If I ever say no to that request in the future, please burn me alive,” I answered and she chuckled at

After some time I covered Jade with a blanket and watched as she looked at me with a smile.

“Gosh you are beautiful,” I said looking at her and she rested on my chest.

She is coming home, my wife is coming home with me.

Everyone will be so happy once they see her again.

“I love you, Dante,” Jade suddenly said after some time and I found myself smiling.

“I love Onyx more though,” she added with a chuckle.

“You heard what she just said right? She loves me more,” Onyx said and I rolled my eyes at this.

I am the human so it’s obvious that she loves me more.

I didn’t say this to Onyx because I didn’t want to be all touchy about it.

“I won’t be touchy, and I can hear what you think as well. You do know that she is my mate right? You wouldn’t have met her if it wasn’t for me,” Dante pointed out and I just rolled my eyes at this.

I stopped arguing with Onyx when I heard Jade’s gentle sores.

I listened to her and I could hear her heartbeat, that sound is actually the most beautiful thing I

have ever heard.

It’s the sound that reminds me how lucky I am that I get to hear it.

I closed my eyes to have some sleep when I heard a faint heartbeat and it was coming from Jade.

“Help me here Onyx, did I hear that correctly?” I asked my wolf.
