Pregnant?

That can’t be right at all.

I looked at Dante who was busy celebrating and dancing around as well.

“We are going to have another baby,” he said and I looked at him.

The news was shocking to me and I wasn’t ready to have another child yet.

But looking at Dante who was basically jumping with joy distracted me from my own feelings

about this.

“How are you so sure?” I asked Dante and he climbed back on the bed.

He put a hand on my stomach and then smiled at this.

“You don’t seem happy,” Dante said and I just shook my head.

“That’s not it, I am just not sure how I should feel about this,” I said and then looked at Dante.

“Now that I am pregnant, I don’t think I will be able to use the spell to kill that madman,” I added.

“Does this mean that you are not going home anymore?” he asked me and I looked at him.

He was so happy when I told him we were going home.

“Can’t you ask someone else to do the magic for you?” he asked me and I shook my head at this.

me,” I explained.

“Is there anyone you know with the same power as you?” he asked me and I shook my head.

I placed my hand on his and watched as he looked up at me.

“This time is different,” I said and he frowned.

“How is it different? Another child of mine will be born far away from home,” he answered and I

smiled.

“I told you already, didn’t I? I said that I would come back home with you. Even if the world were to turn upside down, nothing is going to stop me from coming home with you,” I said and his eyes

widened at this.

“We are going home together, today and not a day later,” I added and watched how he smiled at

this.

“Are you sure?” he asked me and I nodded.

“After all, my husband and the father of my children is an Alpha King. Whatever obstacles that may stand in our way, I know and trust you will get rid of them,” I explained and he looked at me and

smiled.

“I would protect you with my own life,” he said as he pulled me into a hug.

“And don’t worry about anything at all, I will be with you all the way,” he added and I chuckled at

this.

All the way doesn’t sound that bad.

We went back to bed since Dante hadn’t slept much because he drove the whole night just to get

“You want to use Sasha? Mom, both you and I know she would never agree to help us at all,” I said

“I agree with Jade, Sasha is too far gone now. She wouldn’t do something like that even if it is to save her own daughter,” Dante said as he walked in.
