She picked up Lioren, and with Vivienne and Iris in tow, hurried through the side door.

Behind them, the banquet hall was still lit up, with clinking glasses and lively chatter filling the air.

Regina stood on the stage, grinning from ear to ear.

Seven helped Iris and the rest get in, then shut the door.

Seven jumped into the driver’s seat, set the navigation, and sped off toward the Southwell residence.

Once Dora had settled Vivienne and Iris in the car, she grabbed a few items from her Spatial Realm.

She took some essence spring water and agave plants, then blended them into a juice.

“Drink this,” Dora said, handing the essence spring water mixed with agave juice to the two of them.

Vivienne took it without hesitation and drank it down.

Iris took hers and drank it without a fuss.

As soon as they swallowed the juice, a gentle, soothing energy began to flow through their bodies.

Iris burst into tears too, rushing over to hug Dora tightly.

“Dora…” Iris cried, her voice trembling.

Dora patted Iris’s back, her heart a mess of mixed feelings.

She looked down at Iris, who was bawling in her arms, then glanced at her mom, whose eyes were red from crying.

Dora felt her own eyes turn red too.

Lioren perched on the armrest of the sofa, his amber eyes quietly taking in the scene, his tail giving a gentle swish.

‘Man, females sure love to cry… Lioren mused.

Back in the banquet hall, the military had indeed arrived, but they weren’t the ones the Shawn family expected.

Lucian stormed in with his squad, making a scene.

He was dressed in full military gear, with six heavily armed soldiers right behind him, radiating authority.

“The Blackflame Trading Guild is suspected of smuggling crystal ore,” Lucian said, his voice cold and emotionless. “Anyone involved needs to cooperate with the investigation.”

The soldiers closed in around the fake Boss Clive.

His eyes flickered behind the mask, panic for a second, then calm again.

“I didn’t do anything!” the fake Boss Clive blurted out.

“Save it for the investigation,” Lucian interrupted. “Take him away.”

The fake Boss Clive was hauled away by the soldiers.
