Chapter 175 Lioren’s Beast Mark
Dora’s eyes widened in surprise. “I can’t believe I never noticed it before!”

“It doesn’t show up normally,” Lioren explained. “It only appears when… my pheromones reach you.”
Dora stared at the tiny mark, a strange feeling rising in her chest.
This was a mark Lioren had left on her.
His mark, and his alone.
“I thought only Clive had one,” she murmured.
Lioren’s eyes darkened as he leaned in, pressing his lips gently to the mark and giving it a soft kiss.
Dora’s body trembled slightly.
Lioren lifted his head, his amber eyes serious. “Clive has his, and I have mine.
“Every male leaves his mark in a different place.”
He paused, his voice dropping even lower. “Sou Sou, you’re our female mate.
“Each of us wants to leave our own mark on you.”
Dora looked at him, then suddenly reached out and wrapped her arms around his neck.
“Go ahead, leave your mark,” she whispered.
Dora tilted her head back to look at him, his silver cat ears glinting softly in the light, her image mirrored in his amber gaze.
She reached up and softly brushed his ear.
Lioren’s ear gave a sensitive twitch, his Adam’s apple moving as he swallowed hard.
His gaze grew darker.
Moonlight poured through the window, carrying the sweet scent of blossoms from outside.
Everything just felt so beautiful, so effortless.
Who knows how much time had passed.
Dora rested in Lioren’s arms, both of them still a bit breathless.
The moonlight outside had shifted, spilling a fresh patch of light across the floor.
“Should we… go out now?” Dora asked lazily.

Lioren let his chin rest on the top of her head and murmured, “Mm,” but didn’t budge.

They stayed like that a bit longer, then eventually got up, fixed their clothes, and pushed open the wooden door to step outside.
The courtyard was still the same, begonia blossoms drifting down just like before.
Dora walked over to the stone table and instinctively glanced at the timer.
She froze.
“Lioren, look,” she said.
Lioren came over, followed her gaze, and froze too.
The timer no longer showed 20:00.
It now read 30:00.
“Thirty minutes?” Dora blinked. “Why is there more time now?”
Lioren looked just as baffled. “Is it… because of what we did…?”
They caught each other’s eyes, both blushing furiously.
Dora cleared her throat, trying to keep her cool as she thought it through.
“Maybe… the rules in this space depend on how I’m feeling?
“Or maybe… it has something to do with… what we just did…?”
Lioren’s cat ears twitched, and his tail curled up without him realizing. “Could be.
“When a female and her beast mate do that… it actually helps her Spatial Realm upgrade.”
Dora remembered that after she was with Clive, her Spatial Realm really did upgrade.
So maybe this special space, just like any ordinary one, changed when she got intimate with her beast mate.
She stared at the 30:00 on the timer, a strange feeling welling up inside her.
“So, does that mean the time will get longer every time we…?” she asked.
Lioren’s ears turned bright red, but his eyes sparkled. “Then… should we do it more often?”
Dora reached out and gave his ear a playful squeeze. “Keep dreaming.”
Lioren tried to dodge, but failed, so he just let her squeeze his ear.
The begonia blossoms kept drifting down.

The two of them spent the whole night flirting and messing around together.
The timer kept climbing, 30 minutes, then 40, 50, and then an hour…

When Dora woke up, the sun was already setting in the west, slanting streaks of light across the floor through the gaps in the curtains.
She sleepily rolled over.
“Ugh…”
Every muscle in her body was aching.
It was the kind of soreness you get after running a marathon, or like she’d been trampled by a herd of beasts,
over and over.
She lay in bed, gazing up at the ceiling as last night’s memories started to replay in her mind…
The begonia blossoms, the cozy cabin, and Lioren’s amber eyes, smoldering with passion.
Her cheeks flushed.
She glanced down at herself, her pajamas had been swapped for a soft cotton nightdress, and she felt freshly cleaned, clearly someone had taken the time to look after her.
“This stubborn guy, when he actually acts caring…” Dora muttered, unable to stop a smile from spreading across her lips.
She lingered in bed a bit longer, then finally sat up, leaning against the headboard as she let her mind slip into the Spatial Realm.
The Spatial Realm was teeming with vitality.
The first thing that caught her eye was the patch of roses.
They’d grown into a thick stretch of green bushes, their branches packed with countless buds.
Some of the buds were just beginning to bloom, showing off tender pink petals, and a faint scent of roses drifted through the air.
‘In a few days, I can start picking roses, Dora thought, feeling pretty pleased with herself.
She watered them with some essence spring water.
She turned toward the poultry section, and what she saw totally floored her.
By the stream, the mutated mother duck was waddling along, trailed by a swarm of fuzzy little ducklings.
She started counting them, one after another.
One, two, three… more than forty in total!

Some were brownish-yellow, some pale yellow, some smudgy gray, and a handful were snowy white.
They came in all sizes and breeds, but right now, they were all trotting along behind the mother duck, like a squad of fresh recruits.
Dora leaned in for a closer look and couldn’t help but smile.
All the eggs in the incubator, chicken, duck, and goose, had hatched!
Somehow, the chicks, ducklings, and goslings had all snuck into the mutated wild duck’s brood.
And the mutated mother duck had clearly accepted them as her own.
