Dora still held Lioren in her arms.

Lioren didn’t seem interested in the cooked meat. He simply curled up on her lap, half–closed his eyes, and dozed. He occasionally stuck out his tongue to lick his paws, or nudged Dora’s wrist with his head to urge her to pet him.
But his amber eyes, under the glow of the campfire, would occasionally open a slit. His gaze would drift thoughtfully over the pile of materials on the ground, especially those crystal cores, then quickly close again, as if it were only a casual glance.
Dora took the meat slices Elmer handed her, eating in small bites while tallying up the materials. Elmer scooted closer to Dora, plate in hand, and ate right next to her.
Elmer asked, “Dora, I can’t believe you actually managed to store all these materials. And the alien beast treat you took out from your Spatial Realm is still as fresh as when it went in. Is your Spatial Realm really only at Level–1 Spatial Realm?”
Hearing this, Dora replied with a hint of pride, “My Spatial Realm is indeed much larger than a typical female’s. It should still be able to hold today’s haul. Let’s keep this up tomorrow. Once we gather enough materials, we can build the basic framework.
Elmer’s eyes widened in surprise. “It can still hold that much more?”
Elmer had only heard that Dora was a Spatial Realm defective female. He never expected her Spatial Realm to be this large, dozens of times bigger than an average female’s Level–1 Spatial Realm.
He thought, ‘Besides, how is Dora’s Spatial Realm useless? The Shawn family is truly blind. Good thing I never gave up on
Dora.
‘Once we’re out of this training zone, I have to hurry and match with her. What if her snobbish brother changes his mind? And Dora adores me so much.”
Dora ignored him and continued eating while carefully counting the supplies. In passing, she stored the alien beast meat that needed to be kept fresh in her Spatial Realm.
As for the other materials, she counted them, made notes, and put them into her Spatial Realm all at once.
It wasn’t only Elmer who was curious. Clive and Lioren had also sensed something off. From the moment they entered the training zone, things had gone unusually smoothly.
Whether it was finding materials or hunting alien beasts, everything had felt especially lucky, as if whatever they wished for
r came their way.
Clive rubbed a crystal core in the shadows. Images of Dora calmly and methodically planning everything, and her unflappable composure after arriving at the training base, flashed through his mind.
He thought, And then there’s this luck, as if we’re blessed by the Beastlord. Could all of this have something to do with her?’
Clive had hunted so many alien beasts since childhood, but never had the core drop rate been as high as it was today. There had been times when he fought to exhaustion, killing dozens of alien beasts, only to come away without any crystal core.
Doubts filled his mind, but he asked nothing. He simply made up his mind to protect Dora.
Lioren’s feelings were even more complex. He thought, I’m not actually married to Dora, and we haven’t done a match at the Interstellar Marriage Matching Center. Yet I can actually absorb crystal energy from the food in Dora’s Spatial Realm.
And those crystal cores. Ever since we entered the training zone with Dora, getting crystal cores from alien beasts has

come such a common thing.
“This female comes off as beautiful and willful, like she hasn’t a care in the world. But underneath, she’s sharp–minded, thorough, kind without being a pushover, and everything she does has order and reason. And she seems blessed by the Beastlord with luck.
Even when she was at her hardest, she didn’t hesitate to share her last bit of nutrient drink with me. She never once looked down on me as a useless male who can’t even shift into human form.
‘She’s truly different from other females. Just for that, matching with her wouldn’t be such a bad thing.
Lioren licked his paw, a glint of sharp light flashing through his amber eyes. A decision took shape in his mind.
The campfire crackled. The warm glow wrapped around the small camp, but it couldn’t shine through the thoughts stirring in each of their hearts.
After everyone finished eating, Dora finished counting the supplies and stored them back into her Spatial Realm.
Then Clive stood up. His tall figure cast a long shadow in the firelight. His voice was calm and even. “I’ll keep watch for the first half of the night. Elmer, you take over the second half.”
He looked at Dora, his gaze swept over the cat on her lap. “Dora, you and the cat get some rest early. Tomorrow we head to Zone C–5. There might be froststone deposits there. It’s a key material for the temperature control system.”
He laid out the next day’s plan coolly, as if all the anomalies of the day were perfectly normal.
Dora quickly nodded. “Okay.”
Elmer immediately chimed in, “No problem.”
Lioren simply looked up lazily, which counted as acknowledgment
Dora, carrying Lioren, squeezed into a relatively spacious three–person tent with Elmer. The interior of the tent had limited space, and the three sleeping bags nearly covered the entire floor.
“Dora, get some sleep. You must be exhausted today,” Elmer said as he deftly laid out his own sleeping bag, his eyes fixed eagerly on Dora.
He had deliberately spread his sleeping bag on the right side of Dora’s, pressed up close, leaving almost no gap in between. Elmer’s intention was obvious. He wanted to be a little closer to Dora.
Dora was about to crawl into her sleeping bag. She replied offhandedly, “Okay. Get some rest, too. You have to switch with Clive for the second half of the night.”
She didn’t pay much attention to the placement of the sleeping bags. She felt the tent was indeed a bit cramped.
Right at that moment, a gray figure darted in nimbly. Lioren had his cushion in his mouth. His amber eyes swept the dim tent light and immediately locked onto Elmer’s scheme.
A displeased rumble came from Lioren’s throat. He trotted over to the spot where Dora’s and Elmer’s sleeping bags were pushed close together. Then, without any courtesy, Lioren dropped his soft cushion right onto the gap in the middle.
There hadn’t actually been a gap. Lioren jumped on and forcefully squeezed out a space for himself.
He immediately curled up on top of it and wrapped his tail around himself. Then he formed a furry, strategically placed round loaf that perfectly separated Dora and Elmer.
