The Alpha’s Mafia Luna
Chapter 51
I peeked up at her, managing a shaky smile.
Mira clapped her hands.
“Anyway, I’ll leave you two to finish your… cuddling session,” she
teased, backing toward the door. “Breakfast is in an hour. Dress fitting
later.”
She slipped out before Damian could growl at her again.
I sighed against Damian’s chest, feeling the nerves already creeping
“Hey,” Damian said, tipping my chin up gently. “You have nothing to
worry about.”
I nodded slowly, soaking in the fierce protectiveness in his voice.
He brushed his thumb across my lower lip, gaze darkening slightly.
“If anyone so much as looks at you wrong tonight,” he said in a low
growl, “they’ll answer to me.”

The raw possessiveness in his tone made my belly flip.
I swallowed hard, unable to look away from him.
Damian leaned down again, nose brushing along my jawline.
“You’ll stay close to me tonight,” he murmured, voice low and
commanding. “Understood?”
I nodded, breathless.
His lips hovered over mine for a long, torturous second
could feel his breath against my skin.

And then, with a soft growl of frustration, he pulled back slightly.
“If I start now,” he muttered darkly, “I won’t stop.”

“We’ll go for breakfast,” he said, “then get you ready for tonight.”
I nodded, nerves tightening my stomach.
Damian noticed instantly.
He shifted so he was half leaning over me, his face serious.
“You have nothing to fear,” he said softly. “You’re with me.”
The simple confidence in his voice soothed something deep inside
I smiled shakily and nodded.
He leaned down, pressing a kiss against my forehead – slow and
lingering before finally letting me up.

Chapter 51
Mira was already waiting for us downstairs, perched on one of the
velvet sofas, sipping from a fancy glass of orange juice.
She grinned widely when she saw me clinging to Damian’s side.
“Look at you two,” she said in a sing–song voice. “Adorable.”
Damian just grunted, steering me toward the breakfast spread.
Mira kept teasing, but there was a light in her eyes – genuine
happiness for us.
And somehow, as I sat at the table with Damian beside me and Mira
across from us, it finally started to feel real.
I wasn’t alone anymore.
I had a place here.
I had people.
I had an Alpha who would burn the world down for me.
And tonight, at the Gala, I would walk proudly at his side.
