There was no doubt in Elsa's mind. When Caitlin and Gertrude saw how happy she was, their faces would contort with jealousy.
A smug smile played on Elsa's lips as she happily polished off every bite Frieda had made for her.
After dinner, Elsa went back to her room. Xander was playing a video game. Hearing the door open, a flicker of disgust crossed his face, but he quickly suppressed it. He immediately ended his game, stood up, and wrapped Elsa in a hug. "Honey, you must have had a tough day!"
Elsa looked at him, a complex mix of emotions stirring within her. People always joked that guys would rather lose a girlfriend than pause a game. But for Xander, she was always a hundred times more important than any game. No matter when, the moment she appeared, he would drop his controller to embrace her.
"You and your parents are the ones who had a hard time," Elsa said, hugging him back tightly. "Honey, I'm so sorry. I let you all down today. If I had managed to bring Caitlin, you and your parents wouldn't have been embarrassed in front of our relatives."
"It's over now, honey. Don't worry about it. Mrs. Sylvester isn't that big of a deal! I believe that even without her as a friend, we can build a better life for ourselves on our own."
Elsa nodded. "You're right, honey." With that, she leaned in and kissed him. "Honey, let's have a baby."
Before, Elsa had been terrified of childbirth and had been secretly taking birth control pills, which was why she hadn't gotten pregnant after months of marriage. But now, she wanted nothing more than to get pregnant immediately. She had such a wonderful husband; she couldn't be ungrateful.
Xander's eyes flashed with revulsion. A baby? A fallen socialite like Elsa thought she was worthy of carrying a Forrester child? What a joke. Besides, if she got pregnant, he wouldn't be able to get a full refund of the wedding expenses. He absolutely could not let that happen.
He smoothly reached for a condom on the nightstand. "Honey, I know you're not ready to be a mother yet! It's okay, we can take our time. Besides, childbirth is so hard on a woman's body. I respect you, and if you don't want children, if you want to be child-free, I'm happy to be child-free with you."

So happy for Carey, the reunion with her family is touching. Can we read more of Caitlin and Gordon? Readers are forgetting that Caitlin has a boyfriend by the way. Is it normal for their relationship to be erased in the storyline?...
Update please......
