"You moved out?!"
Jocelyn was surprised.
Queenie told her the truth about what happened.
After hearing the whole story, Jocelyn thoroughly cursed out every single ancestor of that dog-and-bitch pair.
After spewing creative insults for a good half hour, Jocelyn noticed the gloom lingering in Queenie's eyes. Suddenly, an idea struck her. "Oh right! I'm going to the UK on a business trip tomorrow. Do you want to come with me? Haven't you been looking for a substitute for the black rose? My destination happens to be the Austin family's estate."
"The Austin family?"
A spark lit up in Queenie's eyes. "The Austin family that cultivates the Juliet Rose?"
"Exactly!"
Queenie had been searching for a black rose substitute recently, and she hadn't overlooked the Juliet Rose.
However, it was a rare flower cultivated by a British aristocratic family. The exorbitant price was acceptable, but they simply didn't sell them to the public.
It was said that they spent 15 years just breeding the Juliet, investing immense amounts of time, energy, and money.
Queenie was no stranger to cultivating flowers.
She knew exactly how much dedication that required.
If she could actually get her hands on the Juliet Rose, it wouldn't just be a substitute—it would completely surpass the original!
"You can get them for me?"
"I can't guarantee it 100%, but just come with me and let's try. We'll find a chance to talk to the Austin family properly. Getting a few stems shouldn't be a huge problem."
Queenie was tempted.
But she was still a little hesitant.
Jocelyn continued to encourage her, "Just go! Treat it as a vacation. Those two pieces of trash completely ruined your mood. Get out, relax, and you'll be in a much better headspace to tackle the competition when you come back.
Sitting in this studio worrying yourself sick isn't going to make the substitute ingredients magically grow legs and walk through the door."
Queenie was finally convinced.
Taking a deep breath, she agreed, "Alright, I'll go!"
