“If he found out Lex’s true identity, he’d definitely send the Aetherion Empire’s elite security tearn to keep her safe.

“But as soon as Lex’s identity is exposed, what awaits her is a never–ending web of schemes and manipulation.

“Serenus, think about it. Right now, Lex is the only female left in the entire Aetherion Interstellar Zone.

“If word gets out about who she is, every beastman race will be vying for her, desperate to claim her for themselves.

“Those with ulterior motives will do whatever it takes to get close to her, or even use her as a pawn for their own goals.

“Her life will be turned upside down–she’ll be caught in endless conflict and danger.

“We can’t risk that. We can’t let Lex be thrown into such peril. That’s why we have to keep this secret–Marshal Drake absolutely cannot know who Lex really is.”

“With a life that long, once he bonds with Lex, he’ll share half of it with her–no question.
