Chapter 176
The Scepter House only put up priceless treasures for auction, anything that could be mass-produced would absolutely never show up at their event.
As soon as Axel spoke, the silhouette behind the screen rose from the grand chair, looking like they were about to walk out.
Hannah didn’t bat an eye, her voice steady. “So, you’re saying the Scepter House doesn’t guarantee the quality of its auction items?
“The Obsidian Pearl and century-old ginseng used in this pill were both supplied by the Scepter House.
She knew that once her paper was out, people would rush to claim the patents and cash in, especially Daisy, who was running around pretending to be her and treating people left and right.
Now the fake was starting to sweat.
That was exactly her plan, to make them stumble first.
Axel was momentarily at a loss for words. He had indeed discovered that a pharmaceutical company had registered a patent for the special medicine, and that company was actually a pharmaceutical subsidiary under the Reese Group.
But everything he said was just following orders.
He glanced at the silhouette behind the screen and said, “Everything the Scepter House auctions off comes with a guarantee.”
Hannah shot a glance at the silhouette behind the screen and said, “Then there’s no way this medicine can be produced on a large scale, unless the Scepter House can guarantee me a constant supply of Obsidian Pearls.”
‘Come on, Obsidian Pearls are once-in-a-lifetime treasures. The last one found in the you, didn’t it?’ Hannah thought to herself.

“Since the Master’s not really interested in making a deal, I’ll just take my business elsewhere,” Hannah said, beckoning at Axel to signal him to return the item.
Axel was left totally dumbfounded.
“Axel, the air’s dry. Brew a cup of coffee for the Nameless Healer to help cool her down,” came a deep male voice from behind the screen.
Hannah thought, at a loss for words.
Axel didn’t hesitate, he immediately went over to the coffee table and started brewing coffee.
Soon, he brought over a cup. “Here you go, Nameless Healer. Have some coffee.”
‘Seriously?’ Hannah thought, utterly speechless.
‘Is he just calling me out for being hot-headed, or does he actually want me to take off my mask?’ she wondered, side-eyeing
the Master.
“Leave the medicine with us. We’ll only charge you a token venue fee, just 2% of the final price. Does that show enough sincerity?” the deep male voice came from behind the screen again.
Normally, the Scepter House would take a 5% to 10% cut, so 2% meant saving a ton of money.
“What’s the catch?” Hannah asked.
Mon,
Chapter 176
“Simple, we want a long-term partnership. Whenever you have something to auction, the Scepter House gets first dibs, the voice replied.
“Deal!” Hannah agreed without a second thought.
Then she took out several colorful cases from her bag and lined them up on the tea table.
“Each color pill treats something different. You’ll find the instructions underneath each box,” she said, giving a quick
rundown.
Barnaby, still behind the screen, clapped his hands, and five well-dressed appraisers walked into the living room, each carrying a toolbox.
After they finished inspecting the pills on the spot and confirmed everything was in order, they handed Hannah two copies of the contract.
Hannah skimmed through the contract and signed it without hesitation.
Once the contract was signed, it was passed to Barnaby behind the screen. He flipped straight to the payment section, wanting to see what details the girl had put down.
But what really caught him off guard was her choice: cash, and she’d pick it up herself.
‘Is she for real?’ Barnaby thought, utterly speechless.

After leaving the Scepter House, Hannah didn’t rush off. Instead, she headed into a nearby café.
She found a quiet corner, ordered a coffee, and fired up her laptop. Even here, she could still catch a faint signal from the Scepter House’s Wi-Fi.
But for Hannah, that was more than enough.
She hooked up to a power outlet, slipped in a USB stick, cracked the Wi-Fi password, and jumped onto the Scepter House’s network. Then she got to work hacking.
Meanwhile, back at the office in the main control tower at the Scepter House.
“Raven’s back!” Taurus shouted, eyes glued to the big screen as the firewall alert flashed.
“Everyone, get ready! He slipped away last time, but we’re not letting him escape again,” Leo barked.
At Leo’s command, the twelve members snapped into action.
A fierce, silent battle erupted.
I VS 12.
Hannah’s fingers flew across the keyboard, leaving only afterimages behind, she was a machine in hacker mode, eyes flicking between the stacked windows as lines of code raced past in a nonstop torrent.
As time ticked by, sweat started to bead on the foreheads of the twelve people in the main control tower.
“Is there really just one person over there? This is insanel” Aries blurted out, unable to hold back.
“My blue screen killer virus got busted in seconds. Is Raven even human at this point?’ Aquarius exclaimed.
“Damn, we can barely hold her off!” Leo said.

“Damn, I got careless! He actually hit us with a virus! I got hit!” Taurus fumed.
Suddenly, one of the screens popped up with a massive red error message, and then instantly blue-screened.
“Aquarius, how did your blue screen nuke hit my system?!” Gemini looked up, freaking out.
Aquarius’s screen blue-screened too, and she smacked her mouse hard. “No way! My ultimate move got busted in seconds, and now he’s throwing it right back at us!”
As soon as she finished, the rest of the ten computers blue-screened one after another, all dead except for the big display on the wall.
Just then, a message popped up on the big screen.
[That blue screen nuke of yours is actually pretty handy.]
Aquarius was so mad she could scream. She’d spent ten years perfecting that move, one of the top hacks in the scene, and Raven not only cracked it in seconds, he turned around and threw it right back in their faces.
‘Is this for real? Can I even call myself a hacker anymore?’ Aquarius thought, totally crushed.
The rest of the team were left speechless for a few seconds, just as Raven was about to break through the firewall again, when suddenly, it was abruptly blocked.
“The Master’s here!” Aries shouted, practically bouncing with excitement.
Back at the café.
Hannah had just infected all twelve of their computers with her virus, taking out the whole squad in one go. She was about to break through the Scepter House’s firewall when a new dialog box suddenly popped up on her screen.
Spotting the familiar data, she couldn’t help but smirk. ‘So House,’ she thought.
you finally decided to show yourself, Master of the Scepter
He’d been hiding behind that screen all along, never letting her get close, so she had to flush him out like this.
The next second, lines of code blitzed across her screen, windows piling up in a chaotic mess like her computer was about to freeze.
After what happened last time, Hannah had seriously leveled up her defenses.
She was a natural at learning on the fly, fresh off her battle with the Zodiac crew, she unleashed every killer move she’d just swiped from them, one after another.
Still, the Master of the Scepter House was in a league of his own, he shredded every trick she threw at him in no time flat.
Back in the office in the main control tower.
Everyone crowded around the big screen, watching this clash of titans. The code flew by so fast that it appeared as a solid line; a single blink meant missing the crucial data.
“Man, this is a real showdown. My eyes are about to go blind just watching this. How do they even do that?” someone
muttered.
“Holy crap, I think I just saw my killer move in there!” another blurted out.
“Same here!” someone else chimed in.
“Damn, me too!”

“Why do I feel like she just copy-pasted all our ultimate moves?”
“Is Raven even human? Are we sure she’s not some kind of machine?”
“Honestly, I’m not even mad anymore. With skills like that, we totally deserved to get wiped out.”

They traded blows for what felt like thousands of rounds. At first, they were neck and neck, but as time went on, one side started to pull ahead.
Hannah knew she couldn’t win a drawn-out fight, so she cleverly left a hole in her defenses, luring him in. In return, she snagged an icon from his system, something that might just be her ticket past his firewall.
