Other than trading silver, he didn’t know much about anything else. He just thought Cassia was incredible.

She could fix computers and take apart phones. It seemed like there was nothing she couldn’t do.

The next day, Cassia had to go back to school.

She had already been absent for nearly two weeks, and Lilian insisted that Cassia return to class no matter what.
