Sacha froze. Her face stiffened for a few seconds as she looked at Cassia again, her eyes full of surprise and disbelief.

“Alright,” Sacha said softly, “then I’ll pray for you.”

Cassia’s gaze deepened, calm but unreadable. “Thank you,” she replied.

Meanwhile, Draven was getting ready to board his private jet back to Vrastin. There was still a mountain of work waiting for him there.

Eric showed up early to pick him up. “Why so rushed?” he teased with a grin. “Can’t you stay a little longer? I still haven’t shown you the city’s most gorgeous women.”

“Cut it out,” Draven said coldly, his tone sharp as glass. “I’m leaving because I have work to do.”

Eric chuckled. He wasn’t surprised. Women called Draven the nation’s most eligible bachelor–rich, brilliant, and untouchable.

Countless women had tried to win his attention, but he never cared.

But when Eric mentioned the most gorgeous woman, Draven’s mind suddenly flashed with the image of Cassia.
