Chapter 307 Shocking Scene
Chapter 307 Shocking Scene
“Even Mr. Hoge couldn’t stop her. Why should I bother?” Cassia shrugged. “We just went along with whatever she wanted
Victoria’s face twisted in anger. “This is so shameful…”
The music for the sports meet march started. On the podium, two hyped–up hosts were introducing both volleyball teams.
Hawthome High had already taken the court, and the host called out again, “Next up, please welcome the girls‘ volleyball team from Zrario High-”
The stands erupted in cheers, the excitement rolling like a wave.
Danica, Brie, Victoria, Alfen, and the rest all fixed their eyes on the tunnel where Zrario High would appear
Everyone expected Cassia to walk out alone.
Danica and the others were secretly thrilled at the thought of seeing her awkward, lonely entrance.
It felt almost satisfying to imagine.
But what happened next completely blew their minds.
Cassia stepped out first, dressed in her red–and–yellow sports uniform, gripping a huge flag with both hands.
Her head was lifted, her posture proud and commanding.
Behind her came a line of women, all wearing the same uniform.
“What’s going on? Where did she find all these people?” Alfen’s jaw dropped as he took in the scene.
The others, who had been mocking her just moments ago, were equally stunned. Some even jumped to their feet, blurting out curses in disbelief.
They had expected Cassia to come out alone. Instead, she had somehow assembled a whole team.
Everyone was still trying to process how quickly she had pulled this off, and who those people even were.
Suddenly, the once–deafening stands fell completely silent.
“W–what’s happening?” Brie whispered, uneasy at the sudden quiet.
Then, someone in the stands screamed, “It’s the Sahar Women’s National Volleyball Team!”
What?!
In an instant, the stadium exploded with cheers. It was so loud that it seemed like the roof might lift off.
“Oh my god! I’m not dreaming, right? That’s the national team!”
“Irene! I see Irene! Zrario’s pride!”

The scene fell into chaos. Once people realized the national team was here, excitement exploded, and everyone surged toward the
court.
The crowd kept pushing in waves. The sports center rushed all of its security guards to the scene, forming a human barrier just to keep the fans under control.
Cassia hadn’t even won yet, but Danica and the others reacted just like Cassia had predicted. They ended up totally stunned.
Cassia brings the national team?
How’s that even possible?!
Alfen suddenly remembered the call he’d made to the training camp, trying to get Irene as a guest player for Zrario High. The camp had said she was busy with a match.
So this is the match Irene is in?
And not just Irene–Cassia brought the entire Sahar Women’s National Volleyball Team!
They couldn’t wrap their heads around it.
With so many people watching, there was no way anyone could be mistaken.
Danica and the others all stared at Cassia.
A bright red flag waved proudly, the word “Sahar” shining in gold letters. It looked powerful and imposing, stirring excitement on sight.
Then they remembered how they’d been laughing backstage, mocking Cassia without holding back.
The harder they’d laughed, the harder reality hit them now.
Right then, it felt like Cassia had shoved their faces straight into the floor.
Cassia had already led the national team onto center court.
When Hawthorne High’s players saw who was on her side, they started trembling all over, followed by an urge to cry.
They’d been expecting just Zrario High’s team. Why was the terrifying national team here instead? They were just a normal high school team. How could they possibly stand a chance? They’d be crushed in minutes!
