Chapter 335 Don’t Mess With Me
Chapter 335 Don’t Mess With Mc
Seeing how serious things had gotten, Victoria, Vance, and even Danica all felt the same–Cassia didn’t look like she was picking a light on purpose.
Victoria turned to Brie. “Brie, did you really take Cassia’s package?
“1
But since Brie had dared to sell Cassia’s painting, she had already prepared an excuse.
“At noon, when the courier came, he said, ‘Ms. Wood‘ I also had a package coming, so I thought it was mine. I didn’t look closely.”
That made sense. Everyone relaxed a bit. Brie wasn’t that kind of person.
“Where is the package?” Cassia asked.
“It was a painting, wasn’t it? The painting looked messy and strange. I thought someone was playing a prank, so I threw it away.” Her answer sounded flawless.
Everyone started connecting the dots. No wonder Brie went out with the package at lunch. But she took so long just to throw it away?
Danica suddenly remembered–after Brie went out, she never came back. Later that afternoon, when she went to the honors class to find her, Brie was already sitting in the classroom, looking off.
Cassia’s eyes narrowed. A cold edge settled between her brows.
“Where did you throw it?” Vance asked.
“In the trash bin outside,” Ruo–zhu replied.
“The garbage truck already came this afternoon,” Victoria said with a headache. “That painting is probably gone.” Then she looked at Cassia. “It was just a painting. Let it go. If you like paintings, your father and I have plenty in our room. Pick any one you want.”
Cassia’s face turned icy. Her expression made it clear–you really don’t want to mess with me.
“Replace it?” she said coldly. “That was a piece by Jayden Alvarez. Forget replacing it. Even if you gave me this whole villa, it wouldn’t be enough.”
Everyone froze. They were shocked by her tone–and stunned by her words.
Danica couldn’t help rolling her eyes. “Alvarez’s painting? Cassia, you just make things up. Who do you think Alvarez is? Someone, a country bumpkin like you, could ever know?”
Vance frowned too. “Do you even know how much Alvarez’s paintings are worth? One piece, Impression Goddess, is worth a hundred million!”
A hundred million for one painting. Just thinking about it made his scalp tingle.

Brie could paint too—and she was pretty good. But that was only compared to normal art students. Compared to Alvarez? She wasn’t even close to him.
Cassia looked at the four faces in front of her, all full of mockery and disbelief. She let out a cold laugh. “Don’t believe me, huh?”
She pulled out her phone, dialed a number in front of them, and turned on speaker.
Everyone stared at the string of numbers on Cassia’s phone.
The call started with 011. An international number.
After three rings, the call connected.
“Hello?”
The voice on the other end was calm and deep, with a Montavia accent.
Vance and the others sucked in a breath.
But it was just a greeting. Even a first grader could say that. It didn’t prove anything.
What came next, though, made their scalps go numb.
Cassia lifted the phone. Her lips parted, and smooth Montavish flowed out–clear and steady.
“Someone didn’t believe in your painting and threw away the one you sent me.”
“What? Who would throw away a royal–level painting? Cassia, don’t be upset. I’ll paint you another one.”
Cassia spoke back and forth with him in Montavish, without stopping once. No pauses. No struggle. Like she was speaking her own language.
It didn’t sound like something that should come from a normal high school girl at all.
But it was coming from Cassia.
Even Brie–who was good at foreign languages–couldn’t hold a full conversation with a foreigner like this.
Vance and the others stood frozen, mouths hanging open.
Brie’s breathing even slowed.
Jayden Alvarez?
Is this real?
