Chapter 74 A Technique Surpassing Even Chief Surgeons
Cassia saw that everyone had arrived, so she began to organize the team and assign tasks.
Draven stood to the side, observing everything clearly. It would be a lie to say he wasn’t impressed.
But since it was Cassia, he was already accustomed to it.
She was a treasure of a girl–slowly uncovering her abilities always brought unexpected surprises.
“Sir, are you sure Dr. Wood can really handle this?” Seven’s heart was now in a jumble.
He was still somewhat doubtful.
“Don’t worry. She can definitely cure Grandpa.” Draven’s tone was very certain. He had been a little hesitant before, but seeing all these top–tier experts, he felt confident.
“But she’s so young.” Seven still felt uneasy.
“I believe she can do it.” Draven nodded. In fact, when he first saw Cassia, he had been taken aback. If he had known it was her, they could have avoided so many detours.
Seven looked at the team preparing for surgery and felt much more at ease.
He trusted Draven’s judgment.
Many of the doctors present were still doubtful because, after all, cardiac surgery is extremely difficult. Many surgeons train for ten years or more before daring to operate independently. Moreover, this elderly patient had a complicated case, and at his age, any slight mistake could be fatal.
Yet now, a high school girl was going to operate on him. How could anyone not be shocked?
The situation felt unreal.
The hospital director still had many questions, but seeing how respectfully the experts treated Cassia, he swallowed his words.
Cassia went to prepare the surgical tools, and no one dared slack off; everyone was busy with their duties.
She changed into the hospital’s sterile surgical gown, pursed her lips, and walked confidently

into the operating room under the escort of several expert doctors and PhDs.
Soon, the operating room lights turned red.

Draven watched the surgical lights. He still had many things he wanted to say to Cassia, but he stayed silent, not wanting to disturb her.
Because it was her, he trusted her unconditionally. He knew she would do things within the limits of what was acceptable and possible; from previous encounters, his impression of her was deep. She would never risk lives for money.
The director and several surgeons also entered, ostensibly to observe and learn, but inwardly perhaps to watch a disaster unfold, to see Cassia get humbled by reality.
They suited
up in protective gear and fixed their attention on her. Even through the shield, Cassia could sense their disbelief.
But she never liked to explain herself; facts spoke louder than words.
Only the insecure question so much. Anyone with real experience knows the world is far bigger than they imagine; just because you haven’t seen something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s unreasonable to assume otherwise.
There’s always someone better, always a higher sky.
Everyone was ready. “Let’s begin the surgery.”
“Understood, we will follow your instructions.” The big shots were excited; after all, opportunities to collaborate with Cassia were rare. She chose her surgeries carefully, preferring challenging, high–difficulty cases.
“Dr. Limbaugh, insert the central venous line and catheter.” The girl’s calm, crisp voice directed the operation.

and presence were far beyond her age, yet everyone willingly followed her
The director and the surgeons were stunned. Seeing their idols hand Cassia instruments and follow her commands was completely unfathomable. They exchanged bewildered glances. “Have the experts gone mad? Did Cassia put a spell on them?”
