Juno and Muse arrived at the hotel entrance right on time.
Since today was the day the sales results would be announced, Jeremy Jagger had also shown up with a few of his friends.
He wanted to see if Juno had just been talking big.
Juno pulled Muse over to sit alone at a table, keeping away from her relatives.
Ralph Wright noticed exactly where they were sitting.
He didn't respect Muse in the slightest, but he had to at least feign a little courtesy toward Juno, considering the Corrington family was present.
"I heard Ms. Mercer orchestrated Muse's latest issue."
"Yes."
"I must admit, I'm quite curious to see the final product."
Juno didn't give him an inch. "Our sales will absolutely crush yours."
Muse snapped her head sideways in shock.
Ralph's facade of politeness instantly crumbled, a cold glint flashing in his eyes. "Arrogance isn't a good look. Even Muse wouldn't dare say something like that to my face."
"Then just wait and see, Mr. Wright."
Juno was entirely unfazed, exuding a terrifying calm.
Ralph scoffed coldly, while Rhiannon's anxiety continued to spike.
A few industry peers came over to congratulate Ralph. Even though his magazine hadn't officially launched yet, they had all clearly crowned him the victor.
"A true industry leader. I have nothing but admiration for you, Mr. Wright."
"Absolutely. Mr. Wright's brilliance hasn't faded a bit." One of them shot Muse a condescending look. "It's a shame that Chief Editor Muse has been struggling to keep that unprofitable magazine afloat for so long. She really should have thrown in the towel and let Ralph Magazine acquire it."
"Makes sense. No point in dragging it out. Sell it now while you can still get a decent price."
"Hahahaha."
Beneath the table, Juno pressed her hand against Muse's, warning her not to react.
Muse couldn't stand it.
One after another, they ground Muse and her magazine into the dirt.
Jeremy suddenly cut in, a playful grin on his face. "Since everyone's gathered here today, why don't we make a little wager?"
When Jeremy Jagger spoke, people listened.
Once the bets were in, everyone took their seats. The massive screen at the front displayed not only the live sales trackers but also real-time monitoring of major social media platforms.
Just as Ralph Magazine's copies were fully printed and their online pre-sales went live...
Juno sent a single text, and Morgan made his move.
What greeted Ralph Wright was an overwhelming avalanche of Yara's darkest scandals.
The vicious woman who framed Elara Thorne. Her chaotic private life. Her diva behavior on set.
Every single piece of evidence pinned Yara to the wall with zero room for escape.
This massive controversy immediately tanked the sales of Ralph's magazine.
What was even more brutal was that this sudden plot twist unfolded right before the eyes of everyone in the room.
In a fit of rage, Ralph viciously texted his subordinates, chewing them out for their incompetence. "What is going on?! Didn't you look into Yara's background before inviting her?!"
His staff had to swallow the blame silently, unable to explain that this was entirely Rhiannon's mess.
While Ralph's team descended into absolute chaos, Muse Magazine launched its promotional campaign.
It was backed by the official Apex Entertainment accounts, with all of their signed artists joining in to promote it.
