The True Heiress: Legend Mode novel Chapter 123

The internet practically broke.

The trending topics were boiling over, and fans were in an absolute frenzy.

"Omg omg! Have you guys seen the photos Muse Magazine just dropped?! Elara and The Empress on a cover together!"

"Those shots look so high-fashion! This is a once-in-a-lifetime collab! Ugh, The Empress's gaze is so intense!"

"The chemistry is off the charts! I am fully shipping this!"

Every single explosive update flashed across the massive projection screen without missing a beat.

Ralph Magazine, which everyone assumed would take the crown, was instantly overtaken by Muse.

The Corringtons and Jaggers witnessed the entire takeover in real time.

Once again, Juno had proved her terrifying competence to them all.

Muse was still too stunned to process it. Amidst her shock, she glanced over at Juno. It was exactly as she expected—Juno's dark eyes were completely serene, utterly unbothered.

She looked like a supreme mastermind looking down from on high, watching the board play out.

Now that the show was over, Juno had no interest in sticking around and immediately stood up to leave.

As she walked past Ralph, she offered a piece of polite advice. "Mr. Wright, I suggest you think very carefully about how you treat Muse from now on."

Ralph slammed his fist onto the table.

The people sitting near him jumped in fright.

Jeremy took it all in and suddenly chuckled. "I finally understand why Uncle Kaelen lost to her back then."

A question that had puzzled him for ages had just been answered.

Juno truly was a force to be reckoned with.

Gwendolyn smiled modestly. "Yes, she's a remarkable girl."

Remarkable was an understatement; she was frighteningly powerful.

Juno had a habit of delivering the most unexpected surprises.

Meanwhile, Matilda had finally woken up, and everyone gathered around her hospital bed.

Though the older woman still looked a bit pale, at least she was conscious.

Rhiannon shot Matilda a subtle, meaningful glance.

Catching the hint, Matilda cleared her throat, reached out, and patted Rhiannon's hand. "Rhiannon will stay with me. The rest of you, get back to work."

They all looked at Rhiannon uncertainly. "Can you really handle it alone?"

Rhiannon smiled warmly. "Of course. I took care of Grandma when she was sick a few years ago. It won't be a problem."

The family exchanged hesitant looks, but remembering that she had indeed managed fine back then, they finally relented.

With the matter settled, the group began to disperse.

Gwendolyn walked out with Juno. Juno hadn't said a word the entire time, leading Gwendolyn to wonder if she was just feeling nervous.

"Juno, are you having trouble adjusting?"

"I'm fine."

Gwendolyn's lips curved slightly. "I noticed you didn't say anything to Grandma when we were in there."

Juno wasn't really bothered by it. "She just woke up from a serious medical event. There's no need to make her expend energy getting to know someone new. I'll visit when she's fully recovered."
