Eira let out a sigh. Then her body suddenly shrank, turning into a knee–high green frog.

There were red ring–like spots on her back.

Eira’s beast form was actually a highly venomous poison dart frog!

The frog pulled out a rough piece of animal hide and kept rubbing it against her back. Then she made a small cut and squeezed out a bit of blood, mixing it together.

After that, she turned back into her human form.

Eira carefully folded the rough hide and handed it to Claire.

‘This is my poison. I hope it helps.”

Claire took it and looked at her gratefully.

“Thank you!”

She didn’t waste another second. Claire turned to keep searching for a way out, but Eira pointed in a direction.

“Go that way. Don’t turn. You’ll find the exit.”

In the end, she still told her the real way out. The moment the words left her mouth, her heart felt heavy

By the end, she was the only one left running through the tunnel. Not a single other beastfolk in sight.

She didn’t dare stop. Her legs felt like lead, but her desperation for freedom and her will to survive kept her moving!

Finally, she saw the light again!

Claire’s face broke into a huge grin as she looked at the exit ahead.
