But Fiona still didn’t believe it. Her bloodshot eyes locked onto Claire.

In an instant, Fiona shifted into a scruffy fox. Her fur stood on end, black mixed with patches of yellow. She bared her teeth and lunged into an attack stance.

Claire’s heart dropped.

Its short legs pumped fast, but it couldn’t stop in time. It slammed right into Fiona and pinned her down.

Slick, playful words came out of the pig’s mouth.

“Fiona, don’t worry! We’ll have plenty of beastling soon. No need to envy anyone!”

Fiona struggled hard, screaming, “What nonsense! Who’s jealous? Get off me!”

The pig chuckled. “I’ve figured it out. We haven’t had kids because we’re doing it wrong. How about we try it in beast form next time?”

“Get lost!”

Fiona shouted, but a small doubt crept into her mind. Could that really be the reason? She wanted to ask Claire but couldn’t bring herself to.

The black pig soon dragged the unwilling fox away.

The crowd slowly scattered.

A few blushing females walked up to Claire. One of them, pushed forward by the others, asked shyly, “Claire… did you get pregnant by… doing it in beast form?”
