The Ultimate Reborn Heiress
Chapter 256 Doubts About a Perfect Score
“All right,” Lulu said, clapping her hands lightly. “Now let’s go over the questions on the test.”
The class continued for another period.
After the bell rang, Lulu asked Scarlett to stay behind.

She spoke frankly. “Scarlett, you did very well on this exam. I believe you. But the school leaders may not. You jumped from an average ranking straight to first place in the entire grade with a perfect score.”
She paused before continuing. “They may ask you to take another test on the spot. If you answer the new questions correctly, then your score will officially count.”
Scarlett nodded calmly. “Thank you, Ms. Dixon. I understand.”
To be honest, she had expected this.
By the end of the morning, news of Scarlett’s score–first in the grade with 1590 points–had spread across the entire school.
Students talked about it everywhere.
Most of them didn’t believe it.
A few did.
‘Didn’t she do amazing on that show Faces of the Crowd during the summer? Maybe she has a photographic memory. If that’s true, getting a score like this isn’t that surprising.”
But seriously,” someone scoffed. “If she’s really that amazing, why were her grades always average before? She’s never once been first in the grade. And don’t forget–she cheated before. This time she must have gotten the test questions ahead of time. Honestly, Scarlett is ridiculous. If she already knew the questions, she didn’t even try to hide it. She copied every answer perfectly. At least aim for the top ten and keep it ow–key.
Another student chimed in, “That show she was on–maybe the medical part was real. She still does ivestreams helping people with health problems, so her medical skills are probably legit. But the rest of it was likely scripted.”
Hazel had also heard that Scarlett scored 1590.
Hazel herself ranked somewhere around the top thirty in the grade this time.
She thought that was already a very good result.
But when she heard that Scarlett had taken first place, she was so angry she felt like biting something.
Still, it was clear that most students didn’t believe Scarlett’s score. Everywhere people were talking about whether she had gotten the exam questions in advance.
Hazel felt secretly pleased. Just as she expected, no one believed Scarlett could really score that high.

But Hazel also knew something others didn’t. Back then, Scarlett probably hadn’t cheated.
Even so, Hazel had no idea how Scarlett managed to get such a score this time.
Could the test really have leaked?
Soon, the news about Scarlett’s 1590 mock exam score spread everywhere in school. Students talked about it nonstop, and many people even posted about it online.
Scarlett was still extremely popular on the internet, so the topic quickly shot up into the trending news.
“Scarlett Sanchez Scores 1590 on Mock Exam!”
“Did Scarlett Sanchez Cheat on Her Test?”
“Is Scarlett’s Score Real, or Was the Test Leaked?”
The internet exploded with discussion.
Some people supported her. [Honestly, this score isn’t surprising. She’s already proven she’s amazing. Being first in her grade is nothing.]
Others doubted her. [Who knows if the stuff on that show was scripted? But the cheating incident before was real–the school even announced it. Now she suddenly scores 1590? Who believes that? Let’s see if she can get the same score on the SAT next year.]
Another person replied jokingly. [Careful. What if Scarlett actually gets that SAT score and scares you?]
A fan argued back. [Why are people still saying Scarlett cheated? There’s no way. I never believed that Grade 11 cheating incident in the first place.]
Of course, Scarlett’s fans believed her.
Many of her older fans also saw the trending topics and joined the conversation to defend her.
[You young people really don’t think things through,] one older commenter wrote. [Scarlett is an incredible doctor. That means she’s a genius. Do you really think regular school subjects are harder than medicine?]
Another comment agreed. [You make a good point. Medicine is much harder than school classes. An eighteen–year–old genius doctor should find these subjects easy. I never believed she cheated before. Maybe someone tried to frame her.]
More and more people joined the discussion online.
Meanwhile, at school, evening arrived. Just as expected, Lulu called Scarlett over.
“Scarlett,” she said gently, “the school leaders would like to see you in the office. Come with me first. Let’s hear what they have to say, all right?”
Scarlett nodded.

She followed Lulu to the administration office.

Several school leaders were already there. Among them was a middle–aged man with a bald head and a big belly. The moment he saw Scarlett, he frowned and spoke bluntly. “Scarlett, did you cheat again? Did someone leak the exam questions to you?”
Scarlett’s face turned cold.
“Mr. Ronald,” she said calmly, “is this really how a teacher should behave? You have no evidence, yet the first thing you do is accuse a student of cheating. If someone can say something that careless, maybe we should question whether that person is actually qualified to be a teacher at all.”
Back then, it had been the vice principal, Ronald Mendoza, who accused her.
All because of two tiny pieces of detail on the paper, which didn’t even appear on the exam.
Ronald hadn’t even given her a chance to explain.
