The Ultimate Reborn Heiress
Chapter 77 The Missing Boy
Scarlett and Selina were lucky this time.
When they walked over, they saw the tiger lying by a shallow pool behind the wire fence.

It was a full–grown tiger. Its head was large, has strong limbs with a body striking in orange fur and black stripes.
The dark stripes above its eyes were very bold, pressing down toward its gaze. That made its face look fierce.
But its head was also big and fluffy, which gave it a slightly silly look.
Fierce, yet dumb–looking.
Selina was about to complain to Scarlett, saying the tiger really did look scary, just like people online said.
Then she noticed something strange. Under a large tree not far behind the tiger, something moved.
Selina looked again and jumped in fright.
She grabbed Scarlett’s sleeve and whispered, her voice shaking, “Sca–Scarlett… look… look over there.”
She didn’t need to say more. Scarlett had already seen it.
The tiger enclosure was an open forest–style area. There was only a glass shelter inside, used to lock the tiger away when staff needed to clean.
Most of the space was outdoors.
There was grass. Piles of rocks. A pool.
Several thick trees.
Behind one of the trees, a child’s head slowly peeked out.
A moment later, a boy about eight years old ran out from behind the tree. He held a broken branch and swung it around, hitting the grass and tree stumps like he was just playing.
The tiger was lying lower by the pool.
The ground there dipped down.
The boy clearly didn’t see the tiger at all.
Scarlett let out a quiet sigh. How could this kid be so mischievous? How did he even get into the tiger enclosure?
This had to be the missing child the middle–aged man was searching for earlier.
Selina’s hands were shaking. She whispered, “S–Scarlett, what do we do now? We can’t shout, right? What if

we alert the tiger?”
The tiger looked terrifying. If it noticed the boy, it would pounce and kill him on the spot.
The livestream audience had already seen everything.

[What the–did you guys see that? There’s a kid inside the tiger enclosure! He came out from behind the tree!]
[No way! How did this little menace get in there?!]
[Isn’t this the kid that man was looking for earlier? What kind of zoo is this? First lousy security, then monkeys stealing things, and now a kid inside a tiger enclosure? That fence must have a hole somewhere. There’s no way a kid climbed that high.]
[Well, that kid is done.]
[T–the tiger… it stood up. OMG! It’s so big!]
The tiger seemed to hear movement behind it. It rose to its feet and turned its head.
Only then did everyone realize how huge it was. Even among tigers, it was large.
Hearing Selina’s panic, Scarlett said calmly, “Don’t worry. Not a big deal.”
She was here.
The boy might be annoying, but he didn’t deserve to die.
And if the tiger killed the child, the tiger would be put down for sure.
Scarlett didn’t want that for the tiger.
She liked fluffy things.
[What’s wrong with Scarlett? How can she say that so calmly?]
[Haha! Don’t tell me she thinks just because she knows some fighting, cooking, and psychic reading, she can also tame a tiger? Even real animal trainers start when animals are young.]
[Wait! Are you mocking her or praising her?]
[Oh no! The tiger saw the kid!]
Sure enough, the tiger spotted the boy. It let out a loud roar and lifted its massive paw, charging straight at
him.
The boy finally heard the sound.
He looked up and screamed.
His whole body shook.
